I appreciate this material and I know how much work is required to actually put it together. I wouldn't be surprised if you spend 100 hrs for every hr reading. If I was working and earning I would get a paid subscription because this material like the other material I've read from here is pure gold. Takes time, but gold. Thanks.

"So, I really was what I was, and I still am, as they say in the Russian people."

"I yam what I yam and that's all that I yam. - Popeye. LOL

"Secondly, to create the necessary protective cordon that will insure against any kind of encroachment on our lands: not only shelling, but also active offensive operations."

And that means right to the Polish border - not just Donbass and a couple other oblasts.

If they don't do that, they've lost the war. Maybe they could leave the farthest oblast to Poland and what not, but the closer they let Poland come to the rest of Russia, the worse for them.

Interesting observations of the "deep state" and US breakup which looks to be on schedule; as for watching films - glad to see he gets some downtime, but wonder what he'd make of "civil war". At least Russia's leadership is prepared for the long haul, unfortunately I won't be around for decades based turnaround.

Finance Minister Anton Siluanov said the following in an interview with Ria Novosti which has me miffed because there's no transcript:

"The agenda that we will promote within the framework of our [BRICS] chairmanship is the improvement of the financial, settlement and payment system, which, in the current conditions of fragmentation, would be convenient and safe for trade participants within the BRICS. The system [that will be] outside of politics, independent of Western unfriendly infrastructure,"...

"It is proposed creating a platform that would connect the financial systems of its participants. For example, technological gateways for settlements in digital currencies of central banks are already in operation. We propose creating a BRICS Bridge system, which, based on the BRICS institutions, would be available to our countries and would ensure the proper level of equality and would contribute to the development of trade relations ... ****We are ready to start [testing] with countries that express such a desire.**** Perhaps with China, perhaps with our neighbors in the EAEU, with the countries of the Persian Gulf,"

Hehehe.... They're ready to start testing and are aiming at having the pilot program running by 2025.

Medvedev wrote his reaction to the latest round of sanctions on his Telegram. His emphasis:

"On the new sanctions timed to coincide with 24/02

"We have become accustomed to their endless restrictions and have learned to live with them.

"But what I want to draw your attention to today is that these bans are no longer directed against the authorities or business in the country, as our opponent likes to say. ****They have been adopted against the entire population of Russia.**** For example, the ban on the Mir payment system and restrictions on the activities of companies engaged in housing construction in the country.

"The reason is clear: the worse it is for the citizens of Russia, the better it is for the Western world. Let them all suffer there.

"We all need to remember this and take revenge on them wherever possible.

They are our enemies.

To create possible difficulties for them in the economy, to arouse public discontent with the inept policy of the Western authorities, to develop and promote international solutions that infringe on the interests of the Western world. Do it constantly, systematically and as openly as possible.

"As well as to carry out other activities on their territory, which is not customary to talk about publicly.

"In war as in war.

"And in this war, Victory will be ours!" [Format original]

Much tougher rhetoric than the interview.
