THE WEST'S USE OF TERRORIST AND EXTREMIST STRUCTURES IN GEOPOLITICAL CONFRONTATION: Russian Foreign Intelligence Service Head Sergei Naryshkin
After CIS Intel Heads meeting in Baku.
Introducing readers to one of Russian’s lesser known figures in the West, the head of Russia’s SVR, Foreign Intelligence Service, Sergei Naryshkin, a man who’s all business when it comes to his craft. He reminds us of another spy, albeit from TV, Robert Vaughan of the Man From U.N.C.L.E
He usually doesn’t get too much media notice, but there are times when crises are happening, and the paths cross. The following is a translation of his selected remarks as published by the SVR made to the media after the 10rd meeting of the Council of Heads of Security Bodies and Special Services of the Commonwealth of Independent States that was held in Baku today. All the major Eurasian institutions, SCO, EAEU, ASEAN, CSTO, etc, and BRICS+ focus very strongly on anti-terrorism, which since it’s run by NATO in association with the Zionists naturally makes them a foe since they abet what Naryshkin discusses as you’ll now read:
The information received by the Foreign Intelligence Service testifies to the intensification of the struggle for the future of the world order. It can be said that in the international arena we are dealing with a classic revolutionary situation. The West, led by the United States, can no longer ensure its own dominance on a global scale. And the rising centers of power, in turn, no longer want to tolerate the aggressive Western diktat. In all parts of the world, from Africa to Latin America, there is a significant increase in geopolitical activity, a growing demand for an independent policy and the strengthening of regional and continental integration without the participation of extra-regional players.
The Anglo-Saxon elites, of course, are not ready to put up with this state of affairs and are frantically trying to revive the unipolar world. Washington and London are betting on the purposeful destabilization of the situation in key areas and the creation of operational and tactical coalitions controlled by the Anglo-Saxons around them. In the implementation of this destructive course, they are actively supported by Paris, which is extremely painfully experiencing the loss of influence on the Dark Continent. On the sidelines of the West, any means of achieving what the White House hypocritically calls "the defense of democratic values" are recognized as justified. According to analysts at the U.S. National War College - and I quote - "in modern conditions, the strategic advantage is given to the one who creates more controlled chaos in a given period of time."
An important element in the implementation of this strategy is the manipulation of international terrorist groups, as well as radical religious and ultra-nationalist organizations. The CIA and MI6 are well aware of the risks associated with the spread of ideas of international terrorism, radical Islam and xenophobia, but they proceed from the fact that the United States and Great Britain have the necessary tools for non-linear crisis management, while other players are allegedly deprived of such opportunities and, according to Washington and London, are often unable even to comprehend what is happening.
In fact, this destructive activity is well known. Moreover, we clearly see a trend: as soon as there are signs of normalization in a particular "problematic" region, the Anglo-Saxons intensify contacts with local terrorists and extremists. A striking example is Syria. In the administration of J. Biden's efforts are aimed at disrupting the emerging positive dynamics around and within this long-suffering country, so Washington is increasing its support for extremist Kurdish and Arab formations loyal to the United States. Work is underway to destabilise the situation, including through the capabilities of ISIS. Jihadists are provided with information about the locations and routes of movement of the Syrian army and the Russian military.
The U.S. military base Al-Tanf, located on the border of Syria, Jordan and Iraq, has turned into a real "bandit nest." Recently, an American-British "joint intelligence committee" was created there, but in reality it is a headquarters for managing the actions of ISIS in southern Syria and in the Damascus region.
The U.S. and the U.K. do not slacken their attention to Afghanistan, which they rightly see as the "key" to Greater Eurasia. Washington and London are trying to manipulate the terrorist underground, including by using their presence in Afghanistan under the cover of NGOs.
Recently, the United States and its allies have been paying special attention to Africa. The West is watching with alarm the growing desire of African states to pursue an independent policy, diversify foreign relations, and develop regional integration. We have reliable information that Western intelligence services are already working with local terrorist groups, directing them to commit terrorist attacks and sabotage against infrastructure facilities in Mali and the Central African Republic.
Subversive work is also being carried out against countries that are friendly to Russia in Africa. For example, as a result of the March 20 attack on a gold mine near the city of Chimbolo in the Central African Republic, committed, according to some reports, by the armed organization Coalition of Patriots for Change, nine Chinese citizens who worked there were killed, for which, however, the West, hastened to blame Russia. In a "strange way," the incident coincided with Chinese President Xi Jinping's visit to Moscow.
The U.S. and other G7 members, as well as the European Union, are actively working against Russia. In particular, ethnic separatist terrorist structures entrenched in the West are financed, openly calling for the undermining of Russian statehood and the violation of its territorial integrity. Among them are the Forum of Free Peoples of Post-Russia and the League of Free Nations. Hiding behind the slogans of so-called decolonization, these associations demand the dismemberment of Russia into several dozen quasi-state formations. This is being done even from the rostrum of the European Parliament to the applause of the Euro-Atlantic diplomatic and scientific community. It is obvious to any sensible person that the realization of such chimerical aspirations would lead to the immersion of Eurasia in a monstrous ethno-confessional conflict. Of course, the masters of geopolitics in Washington and London also understand this, which once again proves how obsessed they are with the idea of "setting fire" to the Eurasian continent.
Dear colleagues!
By so shamelessly playing the card of terrorism, extremism and ethno-separatism, the United States and its allies seem to be going for broke, because the future of the world order is at stake. It's literally playing with fire. The example of Afghanistan has clearly shown that the controllability of terrorist groups is conditional, as a result, they still get out of control and begin to pose a threat to the countries that armed them!
It is reassuring that the West is no longer the main and only actor in international relations. Other, more responsible global and regional players, united, are quite capable of resisting American and British adventures and independently settling problematic situations. The consolidation of forces gives countries the stability and strategic depth that is so necessary in the context of a new redivision of the world and a truly difficult transition from a unipolar to a multipolar state.
In Eurasia, a broad anti-terrorist alliance is already de facto operating consisting of Russia, our allies and partners in the CIS, the CSTO, the SCO and the emerging Greater Eurasian Partnership. This alliance is based on the principles of good-faith and mutually respectful cooperation, recognition of the central coordinating role of the UN in the architecture of global peace and security. I am confident that together we will have enough moral and material strength to eradicate the true causes and manifestations of international terrorism and extremism. [My Emphasis]
To combat terrorism’s sponsors will be a harder task than denazifying Ukraine, but at least these organizations now see where the foes are, or at least that’s implied. Yes, the struggle that’s just now beginning will take time and will hopefully be accomplished without nuclear weapons.

Little old me can understand the wisdom in this conceptual frame and steps taken so far which indicate that it will continue.
Do people in the CIA, MI6, state department, politicians, etc., do they read material like this and realize on what is going on?
In particular, does the West realize that there is a framework, strategy, and implementation steps leading to a new world order different from the rules based order driven by the US?
One possible answer: look at how well Israel was prepared for an attack by Hamas
Thank you for the piece. Solid POV. I think he is right to identify chaos-generation as one of the prime methods of Hegemonic Madness. Their enemy is peace and plenty enjoyed by others. This is why what they do is not merely power politics or mercantilism write large; it is also motivated by what can best be called 'Evil' for Evil is that which fulfills its purpose and achieves satisfaction simply by spoiling Good. As such, much of the conflicts are less about territory and commercial assets per se - though they do factor in as in Ukraine - but spreading insecurity, thwarting peaceful progress. It is astonishing to me that even after decades of internet most Westerners are entirely unaware of what is done with their tax dollar and voting support. More evil...
The Russians are always so reasonable and the West so inflammatory and deluded. But who are those pesky 'Anglo-Saxons' they keep going on about? I think the Saker's 'Anglo-Zionist' is a far more accurate and clarifying term, but apparently the Russians don't want to offend the Z's and instead name a German tribe that hasn't really been around in about 1,000 years. This somewhat absurd label mars their otherwise refreshingly sober and direct style of expression.
