Alastair Crooke does an excellent job today as teacher with his SCF essay and during his video chat with Judge Napolitano, the subject being the Zionist Project organized by Ariel Sharon and furthered by Netanyahu.

I'll watch Napolitano's shortly. Meanwhile, have you seen this interview done with Dmitri Simes at Sputnik? It's very good and clearly covers the same material.
Netanyahu’s Gamble: Is Israel preparing for another war?
I really enjoy hearing Crooke explain that a two-state solution is essentially impossible as long as Zionists run Israel. It backs up my same conclusion that only a one-state solution is the correct solution. Even Josip Borrell has been quoted as saying that a solution might only be possible if imposed from the outside.
I have a new Substack post out finishing my movie and TV show reviews. Now I can start working on my own Palestine and Zionism analysis which will lead precisely to that conclusion.
thanks karl.. alastair crookes essay/article is very good... i can't soldier thru the video back and forths with napolitano... if they offered a transcript, i would read it.. it is increasingly apparent that an israel state of apartheid is in operation and will not end.. for it to end, would mean zionism would have to end, and i can't see it.. the world will have to force a different outcome in israel and until the usa steps aside - i can't see that happening any time soon either... so, we will continue on in this horrible state of affairs with no resolution.. no resolution seems to favour the status quo.... on the other hand, it is possible that something will break to end the status quo.. until then - hard to know, if and when..
Yes. Transcripts for podcasts/videos or I'm not going to hear/see your work, I can read 2X faster than you can talk, there is a great deal happening right now and I don't have TIME.
There are AIs that will generate a transcript from a Youtube video for you. Do a Google search, I don't use them myself yet, so I don't know which ones are useful.
As for Israel being forced to stop, I can most definitely see it. The US might cause a lot of destruction in the process, but in the end the US will lose as it always does and Israel as a functioning state will cease to exist. It was never a viable concept and it was only because the colonial powers - particularly France and the US - coddled it that it survived this long.
thanks richard... some videos do come with a transcript option, but not this one.. i am not adding software when you tube already offers it.. it appears to be a choice of the person uploading to youtube and this fellow is not taking it..
regarding israel being forced to stop - how so?? is the usa going to do the forcing?? i can't see it... who is going to do it then?
The Axis of Resistance - Iran, Iraq, Syria, Lebanon and Yemen - will do it. The US can't beat all or even one of them, in particular Hezbollah and Iran.
I highly recommend the Simes interview with Crooke - it's better than what Napolitano offers. See my comment to Karl for the link. It's worth the hour.
well, i think the usa would like it for them to jump in here, but it seems to me apart from yemen, none of them are doing so.............yet.... thanks for the recommendation on that interview btw...
They don't have to...yet. Hamas is surviving and Israel is wrecking itself. As Crooke notes, there has been a significant ratcheting up of escalation by the Axis recently. The Axis is "boiling the frog".
do you have a youtube link for the interview you recommend? it doesn't come up on a search for me.. regarding your comment - okay - maybe.. boiling a frog with the usa-israel being the frog here is an interesting analogy!!
Both Russia and China have been pushing for the Two State solution, and you have to wonder as to why as all evidence suggests neither Jews nor Palestinians see it as viable and its history of failure confirms this. Is it a convenient position to adopt to appear neutral or they are simply defacto supporting Israel. Opposing Zionism will always incur costs as their financial and political levers are brought to bear, even most of the Arab world makes noises in support of Palestinians but nothing tangible is done.
Your confusion is well understood as its shared by millions because that was the aim. Russia & China support the Two State Solution because that's where International Law stands on the issue. We and many others clearly see it's no longer viable, so something else must be either negotiated or further facts must be made on the ground. IMO, the Zionist Project has failed, but what comes next has yet to be determined, and that's what's happening now.
It is being done outside of the Arab regimes. Between Iran and the Iraq, Yemen, Syria and Lebanese militias it can get done. The US can't win against all of them and possibly not even one of them. In particular, Russia will not let Iran be destroyed. Hezbollah alone can drive Israel into economic ruin in a matter of months.
Alastair is good here too with Ashfin Rattansi:

Just to say the obvious - Alastair Crooke is one of the best to anchor today’s events in a historical context. Thank you, Karl.
