Chilling to the core. Israel, the USA and their supporters of this genocide and dismantling of international laws must be stopped in their tracks.

Agreed, but the task is much harder than it may seem. If you read what Medvedev wrote that I mirrored and think about the implications of what was said at the end of Crooke's chat, then you'll know the deep gravity of the situation as the Outlaw US Empire has inflicted a direct war strike onto Russia that goes way beyond bombing Nord Stream.

It doesn't seem at all easy, Karl. I hope that there are enough allies that can pressure the USA and Israel and the rest of their crew.

IMO, the current asymmetric course of action being taken is the best choice; unfortunately,, it isn't as visible and dramatic as conventional war and will take longer while sparing millions of lives. What can be seen is the ebbing of the Outlaw US Empire's global power and ability to coerce. But domestically for North America outside of Mexico I don't expect to see major political change until people become more aware of their reality beyond knowing they're poor--people must learn why they're poor and powerless.

My hunch is that the west as it reaches a critical point in the ebb will "turtle" up and go "garrison state" route with a outright fascist overlay. Farmers in the EU are resisting but I expect the current crop of "mis-leaders" to be deposed via palace coups. Or it could go complete chaos as various cultural subgroups form no go zones. Think of "1984" meets "Children of Men".

Chaos will certainly reign as election season ramps up. Many possibilities exist.

The AI programs are just profiling. You put in characteristics like male / under 30 and it spits out matches. US used same type of profiling to drone murder people in Afghanistan. Target data cld be as broad as male/ appears to be under 30 / in a Toyota truck. The drone operators in San Diego didn't even have names for the people they bombed. US also used this vague profiling to imprison Arab men in Guantanamo. Some are still there on no charges, 20 years later.

US military could establish a no-fly zone over Israel. Like a parent contains a child throwing a tantrum.

Beyond that, shut down AIPAC and ADL, eliminate from Congress and the administration any dual citizens, and refuse any Israelis wanting to return to US from Israel. Canada took in over a million Ukrainians post WW2; how did that work out?

If AIPAC and ADL want to say that anti-zionism and judaism are the same, fine. Kick out the zionists. They are the ones making this bed; let them sleep in it. As this "war" (and it is not a war but a massacre by an occupying power) goes sideways, these chickens are going to come home to roost with every Jewish American. It sucks, but like I wrote, they are the ones making this bed.

Not only is the American Jewish community responsible in many ways for creating this situation, that same community has more power than anyone else to end this disaster.

How does one spell "never again"?

Don't forget the Evangelicals. One of the greatest supporters in Congress is a Democrat Evangelical zealot who's called for nuking Gaza and will likely get reelected. Thus, the problem exists beyond the bounds you described and infects much of the Outlaw US Empire.

Evangelical are not followers of Jesus.

Nothing about assisting Revelations is Godly.

I see such people as the selfish death-cult extremists who rejected their ability to reason and differ little from those who followed Charles Manson and ilk.

The evangelicals do support what is going on. HOWEVER, where do they get their money to run their (re)elections - I'd bet it's still AIPAC. I'm unsure, but would guess the evangelicals have nowhere near the sustainable clout of the Jewish lobby simply because they do not have the money. That's just a guess.

Bounds. Yes, I'm only waving a magic wand, a movie sort of ending; I think Hotel Rwanda closed with something similar.

I don't know - money in politics, the failure of the human species, the dominance of the .01%. Beyond that, killing each other and taking each other's stuff is profitable. This would be a "Peak Oil" analysis. No room for real growth, forget the rising tide lifts all boats, let's move on to genocide.

The key positions in the US gov are on board with Israel here. In particular the top of the State Dept and the NSC, such as Blinken/Sullivan. They're freaking out a little now because Israel is doing it too fast, there's no way to deny US complicity, and it's likely to cost Biden the election. But if it were done half out of sight like in Yemen they'd be fine with it.

I'm afraid the most we're going to see some token punishment like a temporary blockage of some weapons program that isn't scheduled to be delivered or several years anyway, which will later get unblocked without impacting it at all. And temporary passage of aid (probably not enough to feed the people there anyway) that would last only until Israel manages to provoke a response from Hezbollah or perhaps Iran itself.

Well, I've already described the USG as criminal. It's ongoing actions serve to confirm that assessment.

Perfect image at the masthead.

Really captures that profound connection between Hitler, the Nazis and their traumatized Zionist stepchildren. That connection should be explored more deeply and often. The modern world has seen such monsters before.

The Zionazis are following a definite template. Rally a traumatized population around the mythical idea (the bible this time!) of racial supremacy (they aren't losers, they're winners!) then create a class of racially impure people (nonhumans, really) to destroy for fun and profit.

Watching the Zionazis get away with it really helps me understand how the original Nazis were able to carry out their crimes with impunity for years.

IMO, the template has existed much longer than the current iteration. I think you'll enjoy this interview Glen Diesen gave relative to his latest book, "The Ukraine War & the Eurasian World Order," I'm considering crafting an article around, https://www.easternangle.com/500-years-of-western-dominance-is-it-coming-to-an-end-and-what-comes-next/

The violence used against people during the Covid was an effort to desensitize and normalize the unthinkable, which has been going on more subtly ever since. The appalling routine horror that Israel and its accomplices carry out in Palestine and elsewhere is part of the same assault on humanity.

They want us to be like them, sans foi ni loi.

It is not as if there is a shortage of international condemnation. Nettanhoo has chosen his own path and many Israeli's, if opinion polls, good for the moment, are an indication, gets full support.

Only November might make a small difference. Trump is not my favorite and RFK Jr. is sharing the joy. MSM might be increasingly useless. I am no longer in the business but that seems to be a topic worth chasing.

Yes the desire was clear from almost the beginning, that the Oct 7th cycle of escalation was turned into an opportunity by the extremists in charge of Israel to take the land of the Gaza strip *without* the people currently there. Whether through their departure or death was not of great interest.

It's also not possible to "blame it on the AI", because so many other aspects of the punishment operation were clearly about making the place uninhabitable. In particular the destruction of most infrastructure, and the starvation campaign. The purpose of the "AI" is to shield IDF (and perhaps also US) operators of the targeting information-systems, so they can delay any feelings about what they're doing until after it's done.

Expand full comment

As Crooke relates, there's no shielding. It' all criminal.

Crooke has said multiple times that Netanyahu is one of the more moderate politicians in Israel and has power and influence in the US that are superior to Biden. . Furthermore, he’s stated that the Israeli public is even further to the extreme. Harbor no illusions about them.

"... AI isn’t free from human direction which is often thought to be the case. The programs are written and adjusted by humans and are thus not at all “artificial”; thus, the programmers are guilty of genocide just as much as everyone connected to the Zionist Project."

Perhaps a more accurate description of AI is 'Artificent Instructions' (artificent = a clever trick or stratagem; a cunning, crafty device or expedient; wile. 2. trickery; guile; craftiness. 3. cunning; ingenuity; inventiveness.)

Yes, something like that as the clear goal is to try and erase human authorship of the killing orders and thus legal responsibility. They will fail.

It never ceases to amaze me how most American politicians were bought and paid for by a foreign entity (through aipac, adl etc). Many of them are "duals" and some even serve in that foreign entity's military - one particularly disgusting representative went to the House using that entity's uniform. As do so many other Americans (this happens in other countries as well, btw).

If the US and that other entity for some reason engage in war against each other, which one those people will serve?

And it seems the vast majority of the American people don't care - or even support this aberration. Land of the free? Home of the brave? Not anymore, by a long shot.

The myth you intone at the end is just that, a myth. 140 years ago the Prairie Populists knew who/what the enemy of the people was and coined this term to describe it/them--The Money Power--and that fact remains the same today. The Money Power is served, not the People as our primary document specifies.

I fear that it might be even worse: in Yemen and Afgahnistan and also, earlier, in Gaza, it was policy (and military operational strategy) to kill off whole families in one strike, in order uproot resistance that springs forth in such circles, i.e. as desire for revenge. Lavender may be a PR shield to hide this kind of truth.
