Could it mean the UN "Partition Plan" .... aka Two state solution? Because that fits - as does Apartheid because that is what the Partition and Israel extending it over more and more territory produces.
And why the Partition Plan should never have been raised to begin with as it is unjustified, undemocratic, inhumane, and the institutionalized criminal theft of land. Which actually began back in the 30s by Zionist Brits iirc which they tried to implement / impose first in Palestine in 36 that led to massive riots? They dusted it off again in 1947 and tried again using "patsies" in the Adhoc Committee who knew no better and were brow beaten into submission (imho they were)

When you purchase a condominium you get the space inside but you don't own the entire structure or the grounds. Similarly, Palestinians live in a designated space (like Gaza) but outside its walls they have no ownership or control. Like right now they have no access to the ocean off the coast of Gaza except maybe a mile or so for fishing, can't remember exactly.
So that whole premise - that Israel gets to make a State of itself but the Palestinians cannot (because they are antisemitic savages like all others in the world they deal with regularly it seems) - has got to go. Israel's ability to dictate such terms has to be rescinded.
What is not yet being discussed publicly is how they intend to do this. On the one hand they may make an SMO II out of this basically bleeding the West dry on a second front waiting for chaos within to bloom. America is ripe for riots or worse - especially after so many single men of military age coming in the past few years illegally and yet funded mysteriously by NGO's etc. - and maybe that is the desired end of the current machinations. Or, perhaps China and Russia as Chairs of UNSC and BRICS+ respectively this upcoming period, can effect a paradigm shift so that the Palestinians can finally have a real State which is protected and backed sufficiently to deter endless Israeli incursions.
The Jews wanted a State. Well, to keep it they are going to have to learn their place in the Region and drop all the megalomaniac 'Chosen' BS.
