Thank you Karl for this informative analysis. Culturally and historical the Japanese and Korean peoples have had a profound dislike of one another and doubt they would support such "spirit ' of this summit. I believe China Japan and s Korean have all read the tea leaves and recognize America and its headless horsemen Biden as a paper tiger.

Thanks for your reply. The problem for S. Korea and Japan is they're occupied by Imperial Stormtroopers and have very limited sovereignty as long as that persists. Of the two, Korea will most likely be first to reject another Comprador president like Hoon, but the legislative balance must also change to support an independent minded president so s/he has a mandate.

I'm sorry Karl but it is difficult for me to peck out a informative response using my handheld, nor do I have such skills. I will say having some study of Japanese culture and early historical familiarity of China, Japan and Korean philosophy. I know you too have studied perhaps practiced Buddhism or read shinto and understand their historical political

governmental and cultural influences on these peoples. Today I do not believe these early dogmatic influences exist as in early Japanese or Korean history. I don't believe today neither Japan nor s Korea even with its stringent social controls 'stormtroopers' will prevent as Putin stated (paraphrased) the natural evolution towards muti polar world order.

north korea is given a dart to throw at the south for ''nuzzling up to japan"!

no mention in camp davis over china's angst for us forces korea operating an/tpy 2 radar (thaad) purported for fixiing north korean missiles in high altitiude, but has a range far more than 2000 km and being transportable can view more westerly....

the other surveillance thorn for china is taiwan surveillance radar a much longer range wider aspect system that can see far more than an/tps 2. coverage from south china sea through northeast china!

while japan itself has suspended its investment in two high tech versions of aegis ashore, very new tech radar just recently developed by lockheed for us missile defense agency.

while us navy lends several aegis destroyers to japanese defense as japan does not own enough for "coverage".

seems biden needs to cajole both 'partners'.

As vassals, their subservience isn't as great as NATO/EU and their citizenries seem far more aware. Geoeconomics demand both trade with China if they want to advance their economies, and Japan should be aware of their dollar problem--Japan holds more US debt than any other nation and is guilty of financing its occupation. South Korea isn't in that deep, but really needs to reunify and fully engage in commerce with its East Asian neighbors. My have opined if South Korea can break free then Japan will follow, and that's something the Empire doesn't want to happen, so it acts accordingly.

That's it, right there:

"The primary aim of US policy is to subjugate all nations to its will via Full Spectrum Dominance,"

I just woke up to it last week. How could I have been so blind? How can the whole world be so blind? The USA is at war with the whole world. All of us. Everyone. Every country.

Not the 350 million Americans. No. That's a different problem: 350 million zombies.

But the American 'government' if you'll excuse the word.

They are utterly completely and irredeemably insane and at war with the whole world.

They have driven us all mad.

We can't see clearly and can't think clearly.

What's going on in Ukraine?

Russia v Ukraine?

No. Russia is trying to help a big part of Ukraine.

One part of Ukraine is attacking another part.

One part of Ukraine has a lunatic evil obsession.

Big mess.

What's really happening? Look. Be quiet. Think. See.

The USA is destroying Ukraine. That's what is really happening.

AND they don't even pretend they are not !

They even declare they are happy to destroy Ukraine in order to destroy Russia!

The quiet, simple awesome terrible truth:

The USA is at war with the world.

And so far it is winning because it has us all fooled and his driven us mad to where we can't think, speak or see straight.

You're correct that the USA declared war on the world in a rather backhanded way in 1996 when it published "Joint Vision 2010" as the further elaboration of the Wolfowitz Doctrine, and followed that with a further update in 1999, "Joint Vision 2020." Here's the link to the portion of "Joint Vision 2010" that's declassified, https://archive.org/details/DTIC_ADA363961/mode/2up and here's the one for "Joint Vision 2020" which is a far more complete publication, https://archive.org/details/DTIC_ADA526044/mode/1up

Both can be freely downloaded to your device. The term Full Spectrum Domination never appears in defense appropriations legislation or it National Defense policy papers, but it's clearly THE foreign policy doctrine of the Outlaw US Empire in violation of the UN Charter and thus our Constitution. You've swallowed the ultimate Red Pill; now the question becomes what to do with your knowledge?

Greenwald recently wrote it's not Left Versus Right anymore but Pro-Establishment versus Anti-Establishment, which IMO is a proper assessment. The writer Crooke's been citing, Christopher Rufo, is incorrect in his assessment because it's based on what IMO are false premises. Despite that, Crooke is correct to report that both Europe and the USA are approaching the point of a major cultural impasse. His latest is here, https://strategic-culture.org/news/2023/08/21/weep-for-the-west/

Thank you for that and those. Much appreciated. It is clear to me what to do with my knowledge: disseminate it by all means.

I have a hope for the immediate future that I don't see shared by anyone, anywhere, as yet.

It is that the people of the world will begin to manifest in a totally new way.

Up to now and including now the people are totally discounted as a force in geopolitics, I would say. Things like the furore about American elections are farcical: whichever party gets nominal sole power things essentially remain the same.

Because that is the truth and always has been the truth all discussion is in terms of 'nations' which are seen as being real living entities but in fact, of course, are merely the current effective power blocs in any country.

And a valid way to look at everything because the people have always been ignorant and disinterested and anyway powerless.

It is my contention that has all changed already albeit not manifest as yet.

Now the people can be seen as being one organism because the internet and the smartphone join them together into one organism. Where any one of them can broadcast to all the rest in an instant. And so on. I won't belabour it.

And THAT is the population that I will be trying to address, to inform, to influence.

A real game changer I think. I hope.

The spirit that motivates BRICS is that of their peoples to a greater or lesser degree, although it's difficult to judge national sentiments without actually being in those nations.

Yes, there is that. :)

What I envisage actually is the growth of 'functional democracy' whereas previously we've had of necessity dysfunctional democracy. 'Of necessity' for want of means to do better.

Now we have the means to do better.

We could have perpetual referendi on all manner of things where people are free at any time to upload their choice. That could be on an issue, it could be on electing persons for positions. It could be on anything.

The millions who reluctantly, very reluctantly, vote every few years for one voice from a choice of two to 'represent them' will then be speaking their own voice and will be far more ready to do it when its as easy as pressing a button on a smartphone.

And they will not be in ignorance any more. For they will have all the knowledge, opinion and data of the web accessible to them.

And they will not - I imagine - be prey to such as the MSM any more - for they're being revealed as what they are, they and all the 'false prophets', 'false pundits', 'fake experts' and slowly slowly grows a new paradigm by which the people of the world find their own prophets, pundits, experts, sources of factual information.

They are learning as we speak to be far more adult in every way: they less and less trust implicitly, they are more and more cynical, they are better and better at finding avenues for uncovering the truth.

All that kind of stuff is what I'm on about if you get my drift..

I have a future essay planned to deal with this topic and a bit more that will go beyond the various discussions I've been involved with on the topic over the last decade at MoA.

i especially liked this line early in the article.. thanks karl..

"There’s no room in the world for a “rules based order” when International Law already exists that in many respects outlaws what that rules based order wants to implement."

I didn't note it overtly, but that's a portion of Biden's dementia on display as whoever wrote those statements didn't understand what they were saying in many places.
