The "Grain Deal" looks rather dead. An item published by The Cradle about Blinken's visit to Saudi and his talk with MbS ought to be appended to the article as I'm sure Lavrov discussed it with his Saudi counterparts in Moscow. As can be easily seen, the Outlaw US Empire remains determined to be a disrupter in the region, not a helper toward peace and development. https://new.thecradle.co/articles/mbs-to-blinken-no-to-israeli-normalization-yes-to-syrian-reconciliation

[Note: It seems that I can submit a comment only as a reply to a previous comment. I'm not complaining, given that I use old computing technology and couldn't comment at VK at all.]

The following didn't look right: "The total trade turnover exceeded $2022 billion in 11. This is compared to $3.7 billion." I didn't think Russia's entire economy was two trillion dollars per year, which I don't mean as a knock. So, from inspecting the original Russian text while referring to assorted translation aids, I surmise that the intent was that the total trade turnover (between Russia and the GCC) in 2022 exceeded $11 billion, compared with $3.7 billion with the USA. (I suspect that the latter figure refers to the trade between USA and Russia rather than between the USA and the GCC, but I'm not certain.)

Thanks! I saw that discrepancy when I first read the translation but didn't fix it. IMO, it is comparing apples to apples as much changed with the sanctions from Hell regime. The amount, however, remains small compared to what's possible.
