If Russia sets up a new Nuremberg tribunal, then it should ask the Outlaw US Empire to extradite all the neo-cons and bring them to the court (and to the gallows): Barack Obama, Joe Biden, Victoria Nuland, Antony Blinken, Jake Sullivan, etc,

How such an event will be organized is another topic. I need to recall when Nuremburg was agreed to during WW2 as it was prior to 9 May and nazis were well aware of the fate that awaited them which made it easy for OSS/MI6 to spirit may out of Europe, which was also a crime that never saw its guilty in court.

good luck with any of that happening here... we still aren't out of the woods, or war yet..

Anything less than this is a non starter; it just allows the guilty to continue plotting. And within the west (UK, five eyes), these schemes will certainly continue.

Thanks Natalya!! Here’s what the article translates as:

“The EU countries and the UK cannot be parties to any agreements on the settlement of the Ukrainian conflict. This was stated by Russia's Permanent Representative to the UN, Vasily Nebenzya, at a meeting of the organization's Security Council.

"Today we understand that the guarantors of Minsk, and the EU countries and the UK as a whole, are absolutely incapable of negotiating and cannot be a party to any future agreements to resolve the Ukrainian crisis," the diplomat said.

“Nebenzya explained that the leadership of European countries is blinded by cave Russophobia and a maniacal desire to defeat Russia at the hands of Ukrainians. European elites cannot think strategically and imagine a security system with the participation of Russia, since for many years they have been pursuing a policy directed exclusively against our country.

“From this, the permanent representative of the Russian Federation concluded that European countries will not turn out to be security guarantors or at least mediators. He also expressed doubt that they can be "cured."

“Earlier on February 17, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov also said that he did not see a place https://ren.tv/news/politika/1308838-lavrov-evropa-budet-pytatsia-zamorozit-konflikt-dlia-ego-prodolzheniia-v-budushchem for representatives of the European Union at the negotiating table, since they would try to freeze the Ukrainian conflict, and not end it. Mikhail Ulyanov, Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation to international organizations in Vienna, also questioned the need to https://ren.tv/news/politika/1308296-v-rossii-somnevaiutsia-v-neobkhodimosti-uchastiia-es-v-peregovorakh-po-ukraine involve European states in the negotiations.

On February 15, German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius expressed his concerns about the possible exclusion of Europe https://ren.tv/news/v-mire/1308179-pistorius-otsenil-vozmozhnoe-iskliuchenie-evropy-iz-peregovorov-po-ukraine from negotiations to resolve the conflict in Ukraine. He believes that this could lead to a radical change in relations between Europe and the United States and become "a turning point for transatlantic relations of historic proportions." Prior to this, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz said https://ren.tv/news/politika/1307812-sholts-deistviia-trampa-po-ukraine-staviat-pod-ugrozu-bezopasnost-germanii that US President Donald Trump's actions regarding the conflict in Ukraine threaten the security of Germany and Europe.

On February 14, US Vice President J.D. Vance, in a speech at the Munich Security Conference, accused the EU countries of betraying democratic values, https://ren.tv/news/politika/1308048-vens-obvinil-evropu-v-predatelstve-demokraticheskikh-tsennostei.

Trump seems to be taking a page from the same book, much to my surprise. He hates Netanyahu (for congratulating Biden in 2020) and I am curious to see how that plays out.

He also remembers the Germans making fun of him in the United Nations.

And there are the countries within five eyes who were involved in the Steele dossier, so let's see how that works out. It's the executive branch of government and their intelligence agencies that are at fault and should face consequences.

Thank you! The warmongers and war profiteers must be punished.

"Everyone must be held accountable for their actions. When someone has been committing lawlessness for many years, violating their own rules of equality, fair competition, the presumption of innocence, the inviolability of property, freedom of expression and freedom of access to information, all this is trampled on without a twinge of conscience, what is "foreign" is being plundered in violation of all norms of international law, the Nazi regime is being encouraged and weapons are being pumped up in order to kill its own citizens."

Ukrainians have posted videos they have recorded during sadistic tortures of civilians and POWs. These videos are the monument to the criminal Obama & Biden and to the ziocons' nest of supremacists Russophobes infesting the US government and "stink-tanks" in the US and Europe. The project of the Nazification of Ukraine has been going on since 1990s, when Kagans had invited a prominent banderite Dobriansky to sign PNAC, a blueprint for the Straussian/Wolfowitz doctrine of full-spectrum [talmudic] dominance. Zionists and Neo-Nazis have been the best friends forever for a long time. Knesset celebrated the openly Nazi Azov Battalion. "Israeli government welcomes Azov Battalion leader as honored guest:"

Nuland-Kagan and her collaborators, the members of the Ukrainian Nazi Party Svoboda, must be apprehended and subjected to a thorough investigation for a regime change in Kiev in 2014 and the consequent instigation of WWIII. The Odessa massacre, the bombing of civilians of all ages in Donbas, the sacrilegious attack on Kursk ... there is no forgiveness for these crimes.

The European compradors Ursula, Olaf, B. Johnson, Baerbock, Stoltenberg et al. betrayed their citizens to please the banking cabal and fascist supranational mega-corporations. These enemies of humanity have no right to have a normal life.

The roots of the war are America and UK's desire to annihilate Russia aren't they? And the reasons for that and the particular people I'm not sure about. Hereditary oligarch/aristocrat/family grudges? Normal oligarchical greed for plunder of what seems a vulnerable fat calf? Some inner religious motivation? Mixture of all the above and some more? I don't know and I wish I did.

But the point is: it is America and UK.

Russia is in truth at war with America and UK.

I can't see that a meaningful peace can be arrived at until it is engineered on top of that understanding. Tacit or overt it surely must be the basis of any agreement so that it becomes an agreement between principals.

Otherwise is ludicrous, surely?

I send John to bash the christ out of you. And then I say you must make peace with John and, don't worry, I will help.

How lunatic is that?

And what will I do next?

I will send Harry to bash the christ out of you.

How can you stop me?

You have to make peace with me both of us conscious of what we're doing.

And you need some leverage.

You need to sent Bert to bash the christ out of me.

You need to sting me.

You need to stop acceding in the bullcrap story that you have an issue with John.

You don't. He's a hireling. It is misdirection for you to solemnly sit down and 'negotiate' with him.

Ludicrous misdirection. Farcical. A massive joke.

Which brings to my mind that quote i recently learned:

"Life is a dream to the wise, a game to the fool, a joke to the rich and a tragedy to the poor."

I find it startlingly likely.

I remember the trope once current in UK post war of the 'gentleman's club' where 'our betters' smoked cigars, sipped cognac and planned the plunder of the colonies.

And reading the Life of Johnson and learning of coffee houses et al I can recognise the likelihood of the truth of it.

Reading Churchill I see the truth of it there: how these little groups of 'insiders' manipulate, decide, all.

For those people, comfortable in their wealth and power all is indeed too easily nothing but a joke. With that happy laughter and unconcern demonstrated by Musk, for instance, they can plot and plan ploys and stratagems that may or may not work but it doesn't matter much either way.. overall their riches and power will persist and increase..

I fear it all too likely the whole thing is merely a joke in some 'gentleman's club' and that club is all American and British albeit in fact the actual individuals are todays 'global citizens' and actually live wherever in the globe it suits them best at the moment. Epstein island perhaps.

Well, if it is so, then they need confronting, winkling out and confronting.

All this obfuscation, misdirection, compounds the situation, always has the seeds of further destruction, doesn't help at all.

Perhaps a starting place is to be found with the individuals that we know put Trump where he is.

https://open.substack.com/pub/ericzuesse/p/here-are-the-individuals-who-actually?r=b7hw3&utm_campaign=post&utm_medium=web&showWelcomeOnShare=false

Or perhaps I am entirely wrong from start to finish.

But christ, how wrong could I be? From start to today it's been constantly iterated on all sides that the US and UK are behind all this.

That Kiev Ukraine is 'John' send to bash the christ out of Russia.

And now, straight faced and 'serious' it is proposed they make a peace: Russian and John? And US and UK 'help' ?

That's as insane and beside the point and a misuse of language as egregious as the use of the term 'ukraine' from the beginning of this where 'Kiev regime' is what is meant. A misuse of language that successfully conceals the fundamental truth of Civil War within Ukraine. And plays right into the hands of the devil.

That's how I see it. Yep, let's get to the roots of the war: US and UK. The jocular monsters in those countries.

Agreed Arthur. The conflict was begun by the Vatican in the 11th Century when it decided to wage war on all of Christendom not allied with the Catholic—which I’ll remind readers means universal. IMO, the Byzantines saw this coming and armed the Slavs with non-Catholic fundamental Christianity, although that too was also perverse, and a language to read and write and discuss it all in. That was in the mid 900s. The last serious attempt by the Vatican to defeat Russia prior to Hitler was made by the Swedes who were defeated in what Russia considers its first Great Patriotic War.

I hope that Russia will incorporate the Odessa, Dnipropetrovs'k, Kharkiv, Sumy and Mykolayev oblasts into the Federation. The population of these territories will be grateful for this, and in the future Europe will be more stable and protected from the old and aggressive Anglo-Saxon threat.

He’s had similar words for the Zionists. Even Simplicius noted the importance of what Lavrov said. The genuine roots are unknown to most for a reason. Trump’s first administration played a role that cannot be denied and he aggressively attacked Syria, Iraq and Iran and oversaw the theft of a great deal of Syrian wealth and continued the so-called Caesar Sanctions that were also a form of aggressive war. Trump would like everyone to forget all that.

We don' need no steenkin' facts!

Here's a fact, Rubio is a sheer lightweight up against the world's most astute diplomat, Sergei Lavrov.

Another, Trump's at best a middleweight up against the undisputed 20th//21st century Statesman, Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin.

We're also likely to observe that the quality of the remaining members on each team will lie heavily in favour of Russia.

NOW SPIN THE WHEEL AND LET's STRIKE A DEAL.

With all of the above and the free world on their side, it would be highly embarrassing if Russia walked away with anything less than their last Offer, with Add Ons -

Kharkov, Odessa

Reparations to the tune of $1 million per deceased RF soldier, half this for wounded.

Trump hand over the Biden Administration War Criminals

Lifting of all sanctions

Repatriation of all overseas Russian Funds

All US Missile Systems out of Eastern Europe.

Yes, this is simply the opening scoping phase in resuming a Bi-lateral between The Bear and The Leopard.

The Envoy of The Bear is simply stating the maxim of: know and understand your adversary.

Not sure that the Envoys of the Leopard subscribe to this maxim, or are even capable of doing so.

Always a pleasure to read Mr Lavrov's thought's alongside yours.

I followed the link to G Doctorow's summary of the Paris junket. His statement that "... Keir Starmer of the United Kingdom said he was ready to deploy troops." doesn't correspond with Stormer's actual words that I heard, which were, "... he was prepared to CONSIDER sending troops to Ukraine ...". More mealy-mouthed posturing in the face of 'realities on the ground' than anything more. Much like any question to Mr Lavrov 'translated from English' that invariably comes a cross as 'Blah, blah, blah, when are you going to surrender to our demands?'

Trump don't need Europe in negotiating with Russia, and EU has no agency other than keeping the Nazis in Ukraine fighting.

Exactly right, forgotten by most. Not a subject familiar to Trump, Vance nor Rubio. Vance might be the first to catch on although Rubio has surprised me. For one thing, he is a politician, maybe small hands but a somewhat bigger brain. Tucker Carlson got a lesson from Putin he has not yet digested. We will see how it goes.
