"Consensus takes longer, but the agreements reached in this way are much more stable, long-lasting and effective."
which is relevant to internal and external political processes for every nation, and all but impossible when subject to the economic imperialism of the 'Outlaw American empire', which of course is your accurate description of that imperial vampire.
