I read that and it's directly related to my "Big Picture Monday" article. I suggest reading both.

Interesting flexibility in thinking , stating Nations must resolve their own issues without outside intervention, and then propose the Palestinian State. One needs to be adaptable I guess.

Well, a Palestinian state's already been proposed and approved of by the UNGA but vetoed by the Outlaw US Empire at the UNSC, and the process will likely be repeated several times, which is why the Empire needs to be removed from the equation.

thanks karl.. i was mystified by his comments on the OSCE, so i was happy to see you elaborate on this in your commentary at the bottom... however, i am curious has anyone done a serious article on all of this?? it would be very interesting to have it highlighted by someone articulating all of what is implied by this... it sounds like the usa overtook the nature of the OSCE to implement yet another angle to its isolating russia... i wonder if anyone has written about it in a thorough manner??

also, i agree with you in the importance in creating a palestinian state... usa-israel and friends are determined to not let that happen... others can see and take from that the obvious.. they are not interested in finding common ground, but instead wishing to dominate the situation and continue in the same way they have been for these many years...

keep up the great work!

In December 2021 when Russia made its proposals, I avidly read what Lavrov was saying at that time about the broken treaties being the reason for the proposals. I covered all that in articles published at my VK site. Here's an excerpt from 2 Dec 2021:

"Security is either indivisible or it is not. The political commitments of the OSCE participating States – to strive to build equal and indivisible security, not to strengthen their security at the expense of the security of others, to take into account the legitimate security interests of other states when determining ways to ensure their own security – are enshrined in such fundamental documents as the Helsinki Final Act, the CSCE Code of Conduct on Politico-Military Aspects of Security, the Charter of the European Security Council. Security, Astana Declaration."

Perhaps I should republish here since many can't access VK. It would be much easier for me instead of rewriting all eleven articles.

last paragraph - i would certainly welcome that karl... i do recall the fallout around the osce in regards to their selective coverage and support for all members... however i don't understand how it was so easily politicized... that i would be curious to get the background story on.. cheers ..

It's important to recall that this crisis consists of an ongoing process that began with the Anti-Communist Crusade (ACC) and then became the Anti-Russia Crusade. Note that the UN Charter makes indivisible security the core of how global security is supposed to work via the UNSC and that was undermined at the outset as the ACC began even before WW2 ended. Sure, The Empire signed then ratified the UN Charter, then immediately broke it and its Constitution, meaning it has never agreed to the principle of indivisible security; and as such, its signature on all OSCE docs is void--worthless, and the same applies to all NATO members. So, most of these OSCE treaties were never actually ratified by NATO members because NATO doctrine violated them. Yes, that fact is something USSR/Russia should have protested immediately but failed to do so. By December 2021, the number of broken treaties and UNSCRs, plus the many gross violations of the UN Charter and the impending Genocide in Donbass forced Russia to launch its promised military technical action, dubbed SMO.

you've given a longer history to what has unfolded here recently and although i would agree with your characterizations, i am not sure everyone else would quickly do so in a similar manner... baby steps- showing the history with regard to even just the OSCE would be a very good launch pad and starting point for all the rest of your insights shared here... thanks..

I just revisited one of the many documents during the period in question which is November 2021-24 February 2022. I didn't write articles about each one as in several cases multiple docs are included plus news items. And of course, the situation is complicated by the docs being in Russian.

don't worry about it.. i remember moa and bernhard focusing on the osce reportage prior to feb and during feb 2022... and i recall various instances of the selectivity of the osce coverage of this too...
