Two reports out of Russia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs this morning deal with the 20th anniversary of UNSCR 1540 and Maria Zakharova’s explanation of Russia’s use of its UNSC Veto of another attempt to advance the Outlaw US Empire’s Rules-based Order.
Thank you for pointing out the outlaw status of Israel and how it relates to the alarming issue of non-state actors possessing - and threatening to use - nuclear weapons. Thank you, too, for bringing to light Russia's ongoing efforts to rein in Empire's attempts to expand its war-making domain into outer space.
