The E in OSCE stands for Europe, and when looking at a map there’s more to Europe than the West, Central and East, particularly the East as Belarus, Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, and the Republic of Tajikistan, as well as Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Turkey, and Moldova. The OSCE totals 57 member states, some of which are well outside of Europe—Canada and Outlaw US Empire raising the question of why the E. The way to become a member is to sign and ratify the Helsinki Final Act, which the Empire has signed but probably not ratified. As discussed earlier, all NATO OSCE members have broken the several OSCE Treaties on Security—including the Helsinki Final Act—which was the main point of Russia needing to make its December 2021 security proposals in an attempt to reestablish those treaties and their mandates. As far as I know, there was no joint group statement that was agreed upon and thus we have a variety of statements emerging from the Conference. Also note there was no hullabaloo over the abilities of the above named delegations to get to attend. The Statement that follows is not the usual boilerplate types that are often produced. There’s some significant wording I’ll highlight:
Joint statement by the heads of delegations of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tajikistan on the current security situation in the OSCE area
Reaffirming the commitment to the development of friendly, equal and mutually beneficial interstate relations in the Euro-Atlantic and Eurasian spaces, as well as to the idea of creating a free, just, democratic, common and indivisible Euro-Atlantic and Eurasian security community based on agreed principles, shared commitments and common goals,
Emphasizing the need to preserve the central coordinating role of the UN in interstate relations and to further strengthen the leading role of the UN Security Council in maintaining international peace and security and in facilitating the solution of international problems,
Following the purposes and principles of the Charter of the United Nations, the Helsinki Final Act, the Astana Commemorative Declaration and other consensus documents of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe,
Guided by the common goal of ensuring the harmonious coexistence of the various peoples, ethnic, religious and linguistic groups of the Euro-Atlantic and Eurasia, as well as recognizing their indisputable right to civilizational, cultural, political, religious, ideological diversity and identity,
Proceeding from the inadmissibility of the policy of exclusivity, domination, the imposition of alien cultural and value models on peoples, interference in the internal affairs of sovereign states,
We are guided by the need to uphold and observe the fundamental principle of equal and indivisible security, according to which no State, group of States or organization can be given primary responsibility for the maintenance of peace and stability or to strengthen its security at the expense of the security of others.
We declare the importance of preserving the OSCE as a regional forum operating on the basis of the rule of consensus and the principle of the sovereign equality of States, in the interests of strengthening security and developing cooperation among the participating States.
We are convinced of the need to increase the effectiveness of the OSCE, to search for unifying topics and to prevent double standards and geographical and thematic imbalances in its activities.
We consider it important to comply with the Rules of Procedure and other decisions of the OSCE decision-making bodies, as well as to follow the principles of impartiality, transparency and accountability.
We are in favour of promoting a positive agenda, openness to discussing the most complex issues and challenges, and a commitment to a non-ideological pragmatic dialogue to address common security problems, which, in particular, implies:
uniting efforts to counter transnational and modern challenges and threats on an equal footing, primarily international terrorism and extremism, organized crime, illegal migration, the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, threats in the field of security of information and communication technologies, as well as illicit trafficking in small arms and light weapons and drugs, and human trafficking;
development of mutually beneficial cooperation in the context of overcoming economic and environmental challenges in the OSCE region, expansion of cooperation free from protectionism and discrimination in the fields of transport, energy, trade, investment, education, health, agriculture, tourism, strengthening connectivity, as well as ensuring the socio-economic and cultural rights of citizens;
respect for the diversity of civilizational, cultural and historical ways of life of the OSCE participating States;
ensuring the protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms proclaimed in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, as well as unconditional respect for the ethnic, cultural, linguistic and religious identity of national minorities and other ethnic groups;
intensifying the fight against all forms of discrimination, including discrimination on the basis of race, ethnicity, language, gender and religion, in sports, culture, education and science, as well as against the ideology of superiority of one race, religion or nationality over others and manifestations of anti-Semitism, Christianophobia, Islamophobia and xenophobia, aggressive nationalism and neo-Nazism;
preservation and promotion of the freedom of movement of citizens and contacts between people, the movement of goods and capital without ideological and political dividing lines; stimulating the creation of an open, fair, non-discriminatory development environment without protectionism, unilateral sanctions and other pressures;
Joining efforts to maintain an open and secure global information space based on the principles of pluralism, freedom of expression and free from hate speech and manipulation of public opinion.
This statement remains open for adherence by other OSCE participating States and Partners for Co-operation.
Please attach the text of this joint statement to the Journal of the Final Meeting of the Council of Ministers.
Of particular importance are these two clauses—“as well as against the ideology of superiority of one race, religion or nationality over others” and “aggressive nationalism”—which IMO are aimed at the Zionists and their #1 ally the Outlaw US Empire. The “civic religions” of the Outlaw US Empire—Manifest Destiny and American Exceptionalism—both come under that heading as does Zionism, and both are the primary threats to global peace and harmony in today’s world.

thanks karl... how does usa respond to this? there is nothing forcing them to respond to any of this.. instead they can go about their ways without any change.. that is what i understand.. until someone directly challenges them in deeds, not words - the usa will continue as it presently is..
The rouge [empire] view that "my security requires degrading the other party" makes any agreement untenable.
