The E in OSCE stands for Europe, and when looking at a map there’s more to Europe than the West, Central and East, particularly the East as Belarus, Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, and the Republic of Tajikistan, as well as Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Turkey, and Moldova.
