What's great is they're accomplishing their goals.

This is another dimension of the executive decree May 7 concerning development through 2036, I'm fairly sure that the AGSI was not mentioned

I was very intereseted in the Azov region strategy mentioned, I hope they will publish something on this soon

Give the lie to those Ukrainian fantasies about their re building of the region - as per Hull University in England supporting the University of Mariupol in exile and proper prompt return to home city

This is a product beyond propaganda, a full invasion into fantasy

Here's what's currently at the ASI site about Azov region development:

"The implementation of the measures prescribed in the strategy will make it possible to equalize the indicators of the standard of living of citizens of the Azov region with the average Russian ones, said Svetlana Chupsheva, head of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives (ASI). Before the meeting of the Agency's Supervisory Board, she presented to Vladimir Putin a proposed model for the development of the macro-region until 2040.

"The key task is to ensure that the standard of living in the Azov region reaches the national average. This applies to wages, job opportunities, medical and educational services," said Svetlana Chupsheva.

"On behalf of the President of Russia, the ASI was engaged in the development of the strategy together with VEB.RF. The Agency's team visited all the regions that are part of the Azov region (Krasnodar Territory, Rostov Region, Crimea, DPR, Kherson, Zaporozhye Regions, LPR), studied their transport and industrial infrastructure, potential in various areas.

"All seven regions are united by their proximity to the Sea of Azov and the similarity of natural and climatic conditions, the possibilities of joint tourism and recreational potential and fisheries," Chupsheva said.

"The macro-region has 30 million hectares of arable land, which creates opportunities for the development of agriculture, and seaports (there are seven of them in total) should be used not only for freight, but also for passenger transportation. Currently, passenger trips on motor ships between the settlements of the Azov region are not carried out. At the same time, the ports of Yeisk and Mariupol used to receive passenger ships. "In order to resume passenger traffic, it is necessary to restore coastal infrastructure, berths, transport," said the head of the ASI.

"In addition, it should be borne in mind that the climate of the macroregion is becoming more arid, there is a long period of low water in the basins of the rivers flowing into the Sea of Azov. This, in turn, affects the level of salinity, acidification of the water of the Sea of Azov and the composition of its biological water resources. Under any scenarios of salinity changes, habitat conditions remain optimal for sturgeon fish. "The Sea of Azov can become the sturgeon sea of our country. Until 1991, up to 5% of the world catch of sturgeon breeds and the production of edible black caviar was provided by the Sea of Azov," Chupsheva said."

I recall verbiage from the past about the implementation of scientific socialism. Well, it took awhile to be formulated, but we're beginning to see what it looks like. IMO, one of the biggest misapprehensions about socialism is that there would be no businesses, that everything would be state-owned and run. China and Russia are proving that false. As you read Putin say several times, all endeavors are aimed at improving the lot of Russia's people; and IMO, that's what socialism is supposed to be all about.

Thanks Karl This is very useful , the plan seems complete as for scale

I did try to get into the ASI site but, from this country, for other than the general blurb, they require a VK account, and the VK interface does not accept this country code telephone numbers and did not give an email address option

I thought the RF was supposed to benevolent consideration of French ex colonies, but …perhaps that’s just propoganda …

…only joking, but this sort of development, while obviously not totally appropriate for very un developed countries, is very instructive for the description of procedures, ideas and ideals required to institute them

As is more or less everything that is being done in RF to counter the USEU

Just one example – the family encouragement plans – even here the birth rate is falling, not in the sub 2.1 zone yet, but falling quickly due to the invasion of westie morals ways of life and urbanisations resulting in erosions of traditional cultures

- so much so one is almost tempted to say we were better off under total french domination in which only mattered hard power which despised traditional culture, which did not seek to kill it so much as to profit, and which left most of the provinces under touched, compared to this universal unremitting this leeching soft power

Curious your access is restricted in that manner. That's too bad as there's much to explore there.
