Putin Chats with Rostec CEO & Lavrov's Izvestia Essay, "On Staging as a Method of Western Policy"
Rostec CEO Sergey Chemezov
Putin’s working meeting with the very important public utility Rostec. As Mr. Chemezov makes clear, the current rapid rise in military production of all types wouldn’t be occurring without the extensive (“global”) modifications to production facilities prior to 2022. The report is exemplary. It appears Russians now out-engineer the Germans and make better versions of Mercedes-Benz than the original. And there’s more; and remember that this is a public utility completely owned by the Russian government/people. Here’s the report:
Vladimir Putin: Sergey Viktorovich, let's start with the state defense order?
: Yes. I would like to say very briefly that Rostec Corporation continues to take part in solving national tasks to ensure the technological sovereignty of our state.
And of course, the implementation of the state defense order was and remains a priority for us. Artillery, armored vehicles, tanks, combat aircraft, small arms, drones, ammunition and so on are regularly sent to the troops. To be honest, if we had not carried out a global modernization of our enterprises before 2022, I think that the increase in production by several times, which occurred last year and this year, is unlikely, probably, we would have been able to do this.
I can give you an example. We have increased the production of ammunition for small arms and MLRS by 50 times.
Vladimir Putin: And barrel artillery, too.
S. Chemezov: Barrel artillery and MLRS.
Light armored vehicles and armored vehicles were increased [production] by 5.5 times, and tanks-by seven times. That is, this increase is global.
Nevertheless, despite the Free Trade Zone, we still do not forget about the production of civilian products. Our main civil projects are primarily, of course, the production of civil aircraft for civil aviation. And we pay a lot of attention to this. And according to the program that you have approved, we must produce more than 500 aircraft of various types by 2030: 270 MS-21 airliners, 142 Superjet-100 aircraft and 115 Tu-214 aircraft.
Today, we have 18 MC-21 aircraft already in various stages of readiness, and in 2024 we should already mass-produce and transfer six aircraft to Aeroflot. Slowly, we need to increase the volume, and by 2029 we need to produce up to 72 aircraft per year.
As for the Superjet-100…
Vladimir Putin: How's the engine doing?
S. Chemezov: PD-8. It is already ready, tests on the stands have been completed, tests on the flying laboratory have been completed, and certification flights will begin, the final flights will already be part of the aircraft. We are expected to hand over 20 aircraft to airlines in 2024, and we will produce 20 vehicles of this type every year.
As for the engine industry, we have already talked about PD-8, and we plan to receive a certificate for the VK-650V engine in 2024. This is a helicopter engine, which will be installed on the Ansat and Ka-226 aircraft. Today, there are foreign engines there, but in 2024, I hope, we will have already completed all the tests and will receive certification.
In general, many countries produce airplanes, and only five countries produce engines: These are the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France and us. For example: Pratt & Whitney, an American company, they created their own engine for the Airbus 320 for 15 years. We made our own PD-8: we started designing it in 2017 and completed it in 2023, that is, in six years. In such a record time, probably, no one has ever done it. Thanks to our scientists, engineers and designers, we have done all this.
At UEC-Klimov in St. Petersburg, we have built a new design and production complex in accordance with all modern requirements for the production of new engines and turbines. We have already started mass production of VK-2500 and TV3-117 engines. These are engines that are installed on our Mi-17, Mi-8, and Mi-171 helicopters of this series. And on the Ka-62, Ka-52, on the military, too.
Helicopter industry: I have already mentioned the Ansat, in 2024, as soon as we receive the new VK-650 engine, we will increase the flight range from 500 kilometers to 660 kilometers, and with an additional fuel tank it will be up to 800. We will replace all imported components.
Vladimir Putin: Will it be up to 800 kilometers?
S. Chemezov: Up to 800 kilometers with extra fuel. This is an Ansat .
The engines are good, economical, in general. Usually, without additional fuel, it will fly up to 660 kilometers.
Vladimir Putin: And the speed?
Sergey Chemezov: And their speed is somewhere between 250-280 cruising speed.
In 2024, we will complete the second stage of certification of the so-called offshore helicopter. We did this by order of Rosneft. The helicopter will be used for servicing offshore platforms. In addition, it can land, make the necessary emergency landing. It can land directly on the water, where a rubber ring is inflated around it. And it can land on the sands. We showed it at an exhibition in Abu Dhabi, and there was a lot of interest. Malaysians have shown interest and want to buy, and so have Arab countries.
And now we will make certification for a passenger and search and rescue helicopter based on this Mi-171A3.
Automotive industry: our companies are actively involved in the production of electric vehicles.
Vladimir Putin: And drones.
Sergey Chemezov: And drones.
Vladimir Putin: KAMAZ has overtaken everyone else.
Sergey Chemezov: Yes, KAMAZ already has six cars running on the Moscow–St. Petersburg highway. In 2024, we will launch 18 cars, and there will be 18 cars already running.
In 2024, we will launch a career-type drone of the same type. That is, a huge dump truck, but without a cab, without everything, it will independently carry rock, rock mass, and so on.
As I have already told you, the same KAMAZ made electric buses, of which there are already 1,100 running in Moscow. And this year we signed [a contract] for another thousand buses, which will also be operated in Moscow. We have already sent them to Volgograd, Kursk, and Lipetsk. A contract is currently being prepared for Rostov and Taganrog. In other words, the number of cities that operate electric buses is growing and growing. There is a demand.
The same car, only small, was made by KAMAZ, called Atom. Here, in Moscow, on the basis of the former Renault enterprise, on this site, we have made the production of this Atom electric car. I think that somewhere in the middle of 2025 we will deliver it. In 2024, a prototype will be ready, and in 2025 we will start mass-producing it on the conveyor belt.
Our concern "Radioelectronic Technologies" is actively working on the production of electric charging stations. We have already installed more than 200 of these charging stations.
Vladimir Putin: We need to do gas projects.
Sergey Chemezov: We also have gas stations.
Vladimir Putin: What are you doing?
Sergey Chemezov: Yes, of course. In the same place, at KAMAZ, we also make gas engines.
Vladimir Putin: No, no, it's just charging.
Sergey Chemezov:There is also a gas charger, and we are already producing it with liquefied gas. A mobile gas and LPG filling station has already been shown at one of the exhibitions.
Vladimir Putin: Medical equipment, too, right?
Sergey Chemezov: Medical equipment, yes.
I also want to talk about import substitution and KAMAZ. As soon as the Mercedes left…
Vladimir Putin: Have we managed to reverse the situation?
Sergey Chemezov: During the year, we replaced 2,300 components that we learned to make ourselves. And today, the car that was made with the Germans, the K5, has already been localized by about 75-80 percent, and next year we will completely replace everything, 100 percent. And not just replaced, but even improved the characteristics of this car. Let's say our engine has become more economical: if earlier there were 25-27 liters, now it will be somewhere around 22 liters per 100 kilometers of consumption. The noise characteristics have become smaller and less noisy. The service interval has also increased: previously it was 120 thousand kilometers, now it is 150 thousand kilometers. This is just like our main competitors – Mercedes and Volvo-produce their own cars.
As for medicine and medical instrumentation, we have already registered 150 different types of medical equipment and medical equipment with Roszdravnadzor. This equipment is also manufactured by our companies: Shvabe, Roselektronika, and the Radioelectronic Technologies Concern.
The same KRET – concern "Radioelectronic Technologies" - is known for producing ventilators during the covid-19 period. And today we have developed together with doctors and resuscitators a mobile unit that is convenient for both doctors and patients to operate. It is now in great demand among us. It has already been put on sale.
Vladimir Putin: Fine.
Ah, the meeting seems too short. So, what was said after Putin said “fine”? Probably discussions over projects that shall remain secret for now. Also, all Rostec subsidiaries are public companies. Imagine if the USSR had shown this level of dynamism back in the 1970s. The reality is little has changed, but that little—which is the nature of the government and its goals—is making a massive difference in reality. And few as yet have been able to get a firm grip on analyzing what’s transpired, particularly in the West, which is clueless and dumbfounded.
Now we must revisit an important essay Lavrov wrote last July and was published by Izvestia, “On Staging as a Method of Western Policy.” It’s importance today is related to the interview question posed where it became an important component of that question’s context. The context’s implication in the question asked is loaded, which is why the essay’s content isn’t further explained in the interview question as both Lavrov and interviewer Dmitry Kiselev already well know that context. The reason for this line of inquiry is due to an RT report about the interview that takes Lavrov’s remarks completely out-of-context, nor does it link to the interview for readers to find out the truth—in other words, very shoddy reporting AND editing bordering on propaganda. Most readers won’t have encountered this Lavrov essay before; IMO, its content remains fresh and contemporary as the West continues to do what’s denounced by Lavrov:
Today, the Russian Armed Forces and the militias of the DPR and LPR are confidently solving tasks within the framework of the special military operation (SMO), seeking to stop blatant discrimination and genocide of Russians and eliminate the direct threats to the security of the Russian Federation that have been created by the United States and its satellites on the territory of Ukraine over the years. Losing on the battlefield, the Ukrainian regime and its Western patrons do not shy away from staging "blood" in order to demonize our country in international public opinion. There have already been Bucha, Mariupol, Kramatorsk, Kremenchuk. The Russian Ministry of Defense regularly warns about the preparation of new staged incidents with facts in hand.
Provocative dramatizations performed by the West and its minions have a recognizable signature. And they did not begin in Ukraine, but much earlier.
1999, Serbian province of Kosovo and Metohija, Racak village. A group of OSCE inspectors arrives at the site of the discovery of several dozen corpses in civilian clothes. The head of the mission immediately declares an act of genocide without investigation, although it is not within the mandate of an international official to draw such conclusions. NATO immediately launched an armed aggression against Yugoslavia, deliberately destroying the television center, bridges, passenger trains and other civilian objects. Subsequently, it turns out for certain that the killed were not civilians, but militants of the Kosovo Liberation Army, dressed in civilian clothes. However, the staging has already worked as a pretext for the first unlawful use of force against an OSCE participating state since the signing of the Helsinki Final Act in 1975. It is significant that the head of the OSCE mission, whose statement served as the trigger for the start of the bombing, was Paul Walker, a US citizen. The main result of the aggression was the forcible separation of Kosovo from Serbia and the creation of the largest American military base in the Balkans, Bondsteel.
In 2003, Secretary of State Colin Powell made a notorious performance at the UN Security Council with a test tube of some white powder, which he declared to the whole world to be anthrax spores allegedly produced in Iraq. And again, the staging worked: the Anglo-Saxons and others like them bombed Iraq, which is still unable to fully restore its statehood. The hoax was quickly exposed: everyone admitted that there were no biological weapons or other weapons of mass destruction in Iraq. Subsequently, one of the masterminds of the aggression, British Prime Minister Tony Blair, admitted the forgery, saying something like: well, they made a mistake, it doesn't happen to anyone. Colin Powell himself later justified himself by saying that he had been "framed by the special services." One way or another, another staged provocation served as a pretext for the implementation of plans to destroy a sovereign country.
2011, Libya. There was a specific dramaturgy here. It did not come to outright lies, as in Kosovo and Iraq, but NATO grossly distorted the UN Security Council resolution. This resolution established a no-fly zone over Libya in order to "land" Gaddafi's military aircraft. She didn't fly. However, NATO began to simply bomb the units of the Libyan army that were fighting the terrorists. Muammar Gaddafi was brutally murdered, and there is nothing left of Libya – they are still trying to put it back together piece by piece, and the process is again led by a US representative appointed by a personal decision of the UN Secretary-General without any consultation with the Security Council. As part of this process, our Western colleagues have repeatedly staged intra-Libyan agreements on elections, which ended in nothing. Libya remains a territory ruled by illegal armed groups. Most of them work closely with the West.
2014, February, Ukraine. The West, represented by the foreign ministers of Germany, France and Poland, is actually forcing President Viktor Yanukovych to sign an agreement with the opposition to end the confrontation and peacefully resolve the internal Ukrainian crisis by creating an interim government of national unity and holding early elections within a few months. However, this also turned out to be staged: the next morning, the opposition staged a coup d'état under Russophobic, racist slogans, and the Western guarantors of the agreements did not even try to reason with it. Moreover, they immediately began to encourage the putschists in their anti-Russian, anti-Russian policy, unleashing a war against their own population, bombing the cities of Donbass just because they refused to recognize the anti-constitutional coup. For this, the people of Donbass were declared "terrorists", again with the encouragement of the West.
It should be noted here that the murder of demonstrators on the Maidan, for which the West laid the blame either on the security forces loyal to Viktor Yanukovych, or on the Russian special services, was staged. In fact, the provocation was staged by radicals in the ranks of the opposition, who closely cooperated with Western special services. The facts were soon revealed, but the number had already been played.
When the war in Donbass was stopped, as a result of the efforts of Russia, Germany and France, the Minsk agreements were signed between Kiev, Donetsk and Lugansk in February 2015, and here too Berlin and Paris were active, proudly proclaiming themselves their guarantors. However, over the next seven long years, not a finger was lifted to force Kiev – as directly demanded by the Minsk Agreements, approved unanimously by the UN Security Council – to enter into a direct dialogue with representatives of Donbass to agree on issues of its special status, amnesty, restoration of economic ties, and holding elections. Western leaders were silent even when Kiev, both under Poroshenko and Zelensky, took steps that directly contradicted the Minsk agreements. Moreover, the Germans and the French stated that a direct dialogue between Kiev and the DPR and LPR was impossible, shifting all the responsibility onto Russia, although it was never mentioned in the Minsk documents, and all these years it had essentially single-handedly insisted on their implementation.
If anyone had any doubts that Minsk was another staged, they were dispelled by Petr Poroshenko, who said on June 17, 2022: "The Minsk agreements meant nothing to us, we were not going to implement them... Our task was to deflect the threat... to carve out time to restore economic growth and build the power of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The task was achieved. The Minsk agreements have fulfilled their task." The price of this staging is still being paid by the Ukrainian people, who for many years were forced by the West to come to terms with life under the yoke of the Russophobic neo-Nazi regime. And when Olaf Scholz now demands that Russia be forced to agree to an agreement on guarantees of Ukraine's territorial integrity and sovereignty, he is trying in vain. There has already been such an agreement – the Minsk Agreements, which killed Berlin and Paris, shielding Kiev, which openly refused to comply with them. So the dramatization was over, "finita la comedy."
By the way, Viktor Zelensky is a worthy heir to Poroshenko, before whom he was ready to kneel theatrically to end the war at a pre-election rally in early 2019.
In December of the same year, he himself had a chance to implement the Minsk agreements: the "Normandy summit" was held in Paris, where in a statement adopted at the highest level, he pledged to resolve the issues of the special status of Donbass. Of course, he did nothing, and Berlin and Paris again shielded him. Another much-touted document turned out to be nothing more than a Ukrainian-Western staging – exactly according to Poroshenko's logic – to buy time to pump the Kiev regime with weapons.
There was also Syria. Following the implementation of the 2013 landmark agreement on the destruction of Syria's chemical weapons, confirmed by the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW), for which it received the Nobel Peace Prize, blatant provocations were staged in 2017 and 2018 by staging the use of chemical weapons in Khan Sheikhoun and the Damascus suburb of Douma. Videos were circulated showing some people called "White Helmets" (who proclaimed themselves a humanitarian organization, but never appeared in the territory controlled by the Syrian government) providing assistance to allegedly poisoned residents, and no one wore protective clothing or used any protective accessories. All attempts to compel the OPCW Technical Secretariat to fulfil its responsibilities in good faith and to ensure, as required by the Chemical Weapons Convention (CWC), a transparent process for investigating incidents, have failed. This is not surprising: the Technical Secretariat has long been "privatized" by Western countries, whose representatives hold key positions there. They had a hand in organising these stagings, using them as a pretext for the US, Britain and France to launch missile and bomb strikes on Syria – a day before a group of OPCW inspectors was to arrive there to investigate the incidents, the decision to send which the West desperately resisted.
The ability of the West and the OPCW Technical Secretariat, which plays the role of an henchman, to stage staged events was also manifested in the situations with the "poisoning" of the Skripals and Alexei Navalny. In both cases, the numerous requests officially sent by the Russian side to The Hague, London, Berlin, Paris and Stockholm remain unanswered, although these requests have been formulated in full compliance with the requirements of the CWC and must be answered.
Likewise, questions must be answered about the covert activities that the Pentagon (through its Threat Reduction Agency) has been engaged in in Ukraine. The "findings" found by the NWO forces in military biological laboratories in the liberated territories of Donbas and in the surrounding areas clearly indicate direct violations of the Biological and Toxin Weapons Convention (BTWC). We have presented the documents to Washington and the UN Security Council. The procedure for obtaining clarifications in accordance with the BTWC has been initiated. Contrary to the facts, the U.S. administration is trying to justify itself by claiming that all biological research in Ukraine was exclusively peaceful and civilian. There is no evidence.
More broadly, the Pentagon's military biological activities around the world, especially in the post-Soviet space, require the closest attention in light of the growing evidence of criminal experiments with the most dangerous pathogens being carried out under the "peaceful" guise in order to create biological weapons.
The staging of the "crimes" of the Donbass militia and participants in the Russian NWO has already been mentioned above. One simple fact speaks to the price of these accusations: having shown the "tragedy of Bucha" in early April 2022 to the whole world (there are suspicions that the Anglo-Saxons had a hand in the "design of the mise-en-scène of the scenery"), the West and Kiev still do not answer elementary questions about whether the names of the dead have been established and what the results of post-mortem examinations are. As in the cases described above with the Skripals and Navalny, the propaganda "premiere" of the production in the Western media took place, and now the "ends in the water" have gone into refusal, because there is nothing to say.
This is the whole point of the algorithm of Western politics: to concoct an information fake, blow it up to a universal catastrophe within a couple of days, blocking the population's access to alternative information and assessments, and when the facts do make their way, they are simply ignored, or at best, mentioned on the last pages of the news in small print. It is important to understand that these are not harmless toys in the media war, since such productions are directly used as a pretext for quite material actions: punishing the "accused" countries with sanctions, carrying out barbaric aggression against them with many hundreds of thousands of civilian victims, as was the case, in particular, in Iraq and Libya. Or, as in the case of Ukraine, to be used as expendable in the West's war against Russia. Moreover, NATO instructors and MLRS gunners are already, apparently, directing the actions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the national battalions directly "on the ground". I hope that there are responsible politicians among Europeans who are aware of the consequences of this. In this regard, it is noteworthy that no one in NATO and the EU has pulled off the unofficial commander of the German Air Force, a certain Gerhartz, who announced the need to prepare for the use of nuclear weapons and added: "Putin, do not try to compete with us." Europe's silence suggests that it is complacently oblivious to Germany's role in its history.
If we look at today's events through the prism of history, then the entire Ukrainian crisis appears as a "great game" according to the scenario once promoted by Z. Brzezinski. Talk about good relations and the West's willingness to take into account the rights and interests of Russians who found themselves in independent Ukraine and other post-Soviet countries after the collapse of the USSR turned out to be nothing more than staged. In the early 2000s, Washington and the European Union began to openly demand that Kiev decide who it was with: the West or Russia.
Since 2014, the West has unconditionally led the Russophobic regime it brought to power through a coup d'état. Bringing V. Zelensky to the forefront of any international forum at least somewhat noticeable is also part of the staging. He speaks, makes pathetic speeches, and when he suddenly offers something reasonable, he is slapped on the wrist, as was the case after the Istanbul round of Russian-Ukrainian talks: then, at the end of March, there seemed to be a light in the dialogue, but Kiev was forced to back down, using, among other things, a blatantly staged episode in Bucha. In Washington, London and Brussels, they began to demand that Kiev not start negotiations with Russia until Ukraine achieves a full military advantage (former British Prime Minister Boris Johnson and many other Western politicians who are still active but have already shown similar inadequacy tried their best).
EU foreign policy chief Josep Borrell's statement that the conflict must end with "Ukraine's victory on the battlefield" suggests that such an instrument as diplomacy is losing its meaning in the EU's "stage performance."
More broadly, it is interesting to see how Europe, "built" by Washington on the anti-Russian front, suffers more than others from thoughtless sanctions, empties its arsenals, supplying weapons to Kiev (without requiring an account of who then controls it and where it goes), freeing up its market for subsequent purchases of products of the US military-industrial complex and expensive American LNG instead of affordable Russian gas. Such trends, coupled with the practical merger of the EU with NATO, make the talk about the EU's "strategic autonomy" nothing more than a spectacle. Everyone has already understood that the foreign policy of the "collective West" is a "one-man show." Moreover, it consistently leads to the search for new theaters of military operations.
Part of the geopolitical gambit against Russia is granting Ukraine and Moldova (which also seem destined for an unenviable fate) the status of an eternal EU candidate. In the meantime, they are touting the "European political community" initiated by French President Emmanuel Macron, where there will be no special financial and economic benefits, but there will be demands for full solidarity with the EU in its anti-Russian actions. Here the principle is not "either-or", but "whoever is not with us is against us". Emmanuel Macron himself explained what kind of "community" it is: the EU will invite all European countries to join it, "from Iceland to Ukraine," but not Russia. Let me make a reservation right away that we do not need to go there, but the statement itself is indicative, revealing the essence of this new deliberately confrontational and divisive idea.
Ukraine, Moldova, and other countries that are being courted by the EU today are destined to be extras in the West's games. The United States, as the main producer of these productions, orders the music and the storyline, on the basis of which an anti-Russian script is written in Europe. The actors are ready, they have the skills they acquired in Kvartal 95, they will be able to voice pretentious lyrics no worse than the already forgotten Greta Thunberg, and they will be able to play musical instruments, if necessary. The actors are good: remember how convincingly V. Zelensky played a democrat in Servant of the People, a fighter against corruption, against discrimination against Russians, and in general "for everything good." Remember and compare it with how he instantly reincarnated as president literally according to the Stanislavsky system: a ban on the Russian language, education, media, and culture. "If you feel Russian, then for the sake of your children and grandchildren, go to live in Russia." Good advice. He called the residents of Donbass not people, but "specimens". And about the Nazi Azov Battalion, he said: "They are what they are. We have a lot of them." Even CNN was embarrassed to leave this phrase in the interview.
The question arises: what will be the denouement of all these storylines? In fact, staging people's blood and pain is far from being fun, but a manifestation of a cynical policy of creating a new reality, in which they are trying to replace all the principles of the UN Charter and the norms of international law in general with their own "order" based on their own "rules" in an effort to perpetuate the elusive domination in world affairs.
The most devastating consequences for modern international relations were the games started by the West in the OSCE in connection with the end of the Cold War, in which it considered itself the winner. Having quickly broken their promises to the leaders of the USSR and Russia about the non-expansion of NATO to the East, the United States and its allies nevertheless declared their commitment to building a common space of security and cooperation in the Euro-Atlantic region and, together with all OSCE members, solemnly signed at the highest level – in 1999 and again in 2010 – a political commitment to ensure equal and indivisible security when no one strengthens its security at the expense of others and no organization claims a dominant role in Europe. It soon became clear that NATO was not keeping its word, having set a course for the domination of the North Atlantic Alliance. But even then, we continued our diplomatic efforts, suggesting that they enshrine the same principle of equal and indivisible security, but in a legally binding treaty. We offered it repeatedly, the last time in December 2021. They said bluntly: there will be no legal guarantees outside NATO. In other words, the West's support for political documents adopted at OSCE summits turned out to be a cheap staging. And now NATO, led by the United States, has gone even further: it demands the subordination not only of the Euro-Atlantic region, but also of the entire Asia-Pacific region. NATO does not hide the main addressee of its threats, and the Chinese leadership has already made a principled assessment of such neocolonial ambitions. Beijing opposed the above-mentioned [NATO] principle of indivisible security, speaking in favor of its application on a global scale, so that no one in the world claims to be exceptional [China’s Global Security Initiative]. This approach fully coincides with Russia's position. We will consistently defend it together with our allies, strategic partners and many other like-minded people.
The collective West should return from the world of illusions to the earth. Dramatizations, no matter how much they are continued, will not work. It is time to play fairly, not by cheaters' rules, but on the basis of international law. The sooner everyone realizes that there is no alternative to the objective historical processes of forming a multipolar world based on respect for the principle of sovereign equality of states, which is fundamental for the UN Charter and the entire world order, the better.
If the members of the Western alliance do not know how to live according to this principle, if they are not ready to build a truly universal architecture of equal security and cooperation, then let them leave everyone else alone, let them stop forcibly driving those who want to live by their own minds with threats and blackmail, let them actually recognize the right of independent self-respecting countries to freedom of choice. This is democracy – in practice, not played out on a crooked political stage. [My Emphasis]
Since Russia’s December 2021 proposals, it’s been increasingly clear that the world will divide into two competing Blocs with vastly different goals and ideology: The NATO/Outlaw US Empire Bloc and the Global Majority or Rest of World Bloc. As we move into 2024, the formation of these two Blocs will become more overt. Those running the West behind their political marionettes have used what Lavrov calls stagings for decades to control national masses and to arrange the organizations used to corral them—NATO/EU—while the methodology become more totalitarian and use of Divide and Rule Culture Wars becomes more extreme as people grow wise to what’s being done to them. IMO, the West has used up its staging opportunities—oh, I’m sure it will try again, but will fail as the world is aware, just as the facts came out after 7 October that the Zionists killed more of their own than Hamas and are the actual terrorists who acted that day. Somehow, the people hiding behind the curtain pulling the strings and conducting the stages need to be revealed, negated and put someplace where they’ll have no choice but to leave Humanity alone.

A lot of us in North America haven't trusted the USA ever since the Viet Nam War.
here it is in a nutshell
