As Mr. Chemezov makes clear, the current rapid rise in military production of all types wouldn’t be occurring without the extensive (“global”) modifications to production facilities prior to 2022. The report is exemplary. It appears Russians now out-engineer the Germans and make better versions of Mercedes-Benz than the original. And there’s more; and remember that this is a public utility completely owned by the Russian government/people. Here’s the report:

As to staging, this is a good point and no doubt highly persuasive to the RoW. That is is largely truthful of course helps greatly. But it was only a couple of years ago that Russia was involved in dramatizations as well with the global Covid phenomenon. We shall probably never know the full story and breakdown of true versus false elements therein but that there were plenty of the latter is already certain, and both RF and China played their parts.
RF has many just grounds for complaint against the well-named 'Empire of Lies'. But they are not innocent choir boys themselves either, though it seems at this point they are far better in many ways than the Empire of Lives which is collapsing within itself before our eyes....
