I note the President's emphasis on engineering schools. I believe this is a proper emphasis. It is proper for every country, including The USofA. US American thinking must migrate from profit margins to engineered productions, as mentioned among correlating matters, here:

It may be useful to note that the first engineering school in the USofA is West Point. West Point was founded in 1802. The military art is, essentially, engineering art.

Alos note how the many engineering schools are being created: investment by both state and business. That will never occur within the Outlaw US Empire in its current guise.
