We're supposed to be bothered that Trump or the criminals running US Murder Inc are angry if Russia doesn't play pat-a-cake pat-a-cake. This after US Murder Inc ejaculated all their hardware.
That's really rich, no perverse, that US Murder Inc should even express an opinion. They LOST.
Now that the minerals deal has been signed (whatever that means in terms of the actual realities on the ground given that he Soviets had mapped these deposits most of which lie within the Russian controlled areas of Donbass) I'm concerned with 'what's next?'.
So the US (i.e., Blackrock) got its deal. The maestro won a hand. But now that they have it what's their incentive to close down the war? Russia is still winning, still moving forward, so what happens if Russia starts capturing areas where these minerals are located? Is it just the minerals, or are there other important infrastructure items as well, e.g., Odessa port, or the Zaporizhia NPP? The US will wants a return on its investment, but will they defend it by direct force of arms?
Personally, I believe this is all a facade, bad theater, which I think became apparent when the US / RF negotiations and subsequent US proposals failed to account for ANY of the RF's big ticket items concerning long-term security. These have been totally ignored, and that ignoramus Kellogg is basically an agent provacateur working to ensure that those concerns are NEVER addressed.
I'm beginning to think not just that war is coming, but that it's inevitable.
There are several components here. Several were pointed-out by Hudson in today’s chat. I then wrote a comment at MoA that had some others. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NNHBd5t-rk0
The Used Car Salesman has sold another Lemon. From Article 6 point 5:
"If, after the effective date, the Government of the United States of America provides any form of new military assistance to the Government of Ukraine (including the transfer of weapons systems, munitions, technology, or training), the Partner's capital contribution from the United States will be considered increased by the estimated value of such military assistance under the Limited Partnership Agreement."
This appears to be the backdoor Hudson mentioned in https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NNHBd5t-rk0 with Wolff and Nima. Although its legalities are highly dubious, this makes Trump the owner of the Failed US War of Aggression against Ukraine and its Russian speaking population. There's even a clause that negates the Empire's participation:
"Whereas the United States of America and Ukraine wish to ensure that those States and others who acted hostile to Ukraine in the conflict do not benefit from the reconstruction of Ukraine after the advent of a lasting peace."
So, once again we have a wish that's drawn up without any real basis in reality.
The Cold Warriors have won the infighting since Putin/Russia won’t yield, and of course they don’t care about legalities. IMO, Russia was well aware of this possible outcome. As with China, Russia doesn’t need the Outlaw US Empire for anything except peace, but that appears to be well beyond what Trump can deliver. Will Trump now flip and join the Europeans who despise him? NATO’s more depleted now than it was three years ago.
IMO, a page will be turned in about nine days and a new chapter will open.
All options are open. Your move still, Ukraine!
I am not staying up nights.
WOW, short and to the point as usual. Well not the short part;-)
