Thanks for this. The new world is as much Ho's dreams realised as anyone's. His life story is the story of a the dreams of 1917 coming to be realised- like Chou and MN Roy Ho was an indefatigable fighter for the poor people of Asia, victims of imperialism who are now burying its unlamented corpse.
When it comes to morality, science/Nature is neutral; its works are there to be discovered, and it’s up to Humanity to use what’s discovered for ill or good.
what i meant was that his science is not being very scientific there. i suspect another area in which he's (temporarily, I trust) blind. As he was apparently, to the chance of Ukraine rising to accept the Russians, as he was to the state of his military, for instance.
