Karl, Thank you so much! I am going to post this on FB. Those folks in their little western media bubble (Pepe and Andrei correctly call them "MSM shit eaters") have no idea about the amazing epochal changes in our global village.
You're quite welcome. There's more I didn't tap that will be looked into later. Hudson's produces a whole lot of material. The top five at his site will keep you busy, https://michael-hudson.com/
Michael Hudson and Radhika Desai, the only economists one can trust. The science of economics is so heavily influenced by the oligarch class that it has become a joke. Similarly to astronomy by the catholic church 500 years ago. Studied it in Germany, and all I learned was how to ruin the working class, LOL. Thanks, Karl!
My thanks Karl for linking us in to these transcripts. I know of course they are couched in diplomatic language and take a certain world view - but nevertheless are in themselves a very useful insight into what appears to be a developing trend. And un-reported here in the west, the last bastion of a free press...
I note that Putin used the term "objective reality" - a very Soviet era term if ever there was one. Mercouris pointed out I think that the number of African nations attending this pow wow is 14, down from 44 last time. That is the objective reality of US bribery and coercion. Nevertheless, despite the western MSM and political body claiming Russia is "isolated", that does not appear to be the case.
Now IMHO the USA has the "right" to act as it wishes and "might is right" - to do whatever it sees as necessary to defend its interests. That is just realpolitik and no one should become shocked when the world's only superpower screws you over. But everyone else also has the "right" to fight back and create a counter-balance. That again, is the natural state of affairs.
A wise and benevolent USA would have nothing to fear. However they have it seems to me expended too much political capital and goodwill across the years to the point that trust has near vanished. I think now the USA too often relies on fear and USD$ dominance to maintain its position relative to other nations and blocs.
Oddly enough, and it seems that simply because Biden (the senile empty suit in the WH) is not Trump, western european nations seem willing to go along with their marginalisation and emasculation. You have to wonder who has the dirt on whom? It is really strange watching all these European nations acting against their interests and those of their (propagandised) populaces to support Uncle Sam and his MIC.
But IMHO the Biden regime has accellerated the inevitable relative decline of the USA by being overly aggressive and disingenuous. And maybe that is the way of all empires? They remain dangerous and powerful and influential, but in the end their own actions are the main factor that doom them to failure.
The number of African countries attending varies - if the source is EUUS mainstream attendance figures are a 'catastrophe' and a 'humiliation' for 'Putin's Russia', etc etc
Tass reports 49, of which 17 heads of state, but there were some very last minute adjustments, I think
Africans are less and less impressed by US coercion threats and propaganda
On the number of African nations attending, Lavrov met with the FMs of all those attending, which ought to give us a reliable number. This MFA readout says Lavrov met with 31 FMs. At the head of the page is a great photo showing the majority assembled around the discussion table. The NATO press has zero credibility which is shared by their governments. The #1 reason none of them are agreement capable is because nothing they say or promise to do can be trusted.
lol, you are absolutely right, probably a doctorate! & yes i always share both parts, your hard work needs to be recognized, as well for their sake it helps to keep the circle flowing.
Thanks Mucho!! Be sure to circulate both days one and two. And remind people that there's a reward at the bottom of day one worth two years of African Studies at any major university.

At least you can still read Tass, I need to be protected here from such blatent lies and proaganda.
My apologies, I did not realise this, although I should have known
You should move to Africa! (another good reason to)
