Today's Ramble by Russian Military Correspondent Marat Khairullen

There’re a great many items I might post to cap today since Moon of Alabama went silent this morning. Before I provide the translation of Marat’s Telegram posting, I’ll suggest Ted Postol’s analysis of Iran’s missile and drone assault on Occupied Palestine; Global Times report on the Outlaw US Empire’s behavioral idiocy prior to Blinken’s visit; RT’s report on what might appears to be Iran’s reaction to what the Zionists might have attempted—due note RT’s rhetorical voice; and last, Green Party POTUS candidate Jill Stein’s appearance on the 27th Geopolitical Economy Hour which showcases her as the only Anti-War, Anti-Genocide candidate in a situation where Hudson notes that “the largest poll of all in the United States is that most people are against the war in Palestine. They’re against funding not only Israel, but funding Ukraine also,” along with other info. In fact, readers might want to read those four items and then return to read this very sobering report that I have no reason to dispute:

What is happening now at the front can only be called the syndrome of the Paraguayan War of 1864 (you can read it popularly here). Hitler Zelensky decided to finally use up his serfs. We are dying for NATO and this is good - if the dill is still a nation, then this is their motto. What can I say? Nothing - who asks the rats going to drown themselves after the pipe.

But from a humanitarian point of view, what is happening is simply monstrous.
Let's turn to the Intercept public once again.

Today, April 23, the third month in a row, Ukie losses have been steady at an average of 1,000 corpses per day. Just imagine this number of former people in one place - a mountain of corpses. A week has passed, and seven such slides have appeared, here is a month, three months - and in front of us are mountains of corpses stretching into the horizon. 90,000 corpses.

It's an enlightened information age, everyone is very educated, having read Dostoevsky and Faulkner as well as Dickens. And everyone looks at this horror and talks about the contradictions of the elites and so on.

And somewhere a little unshaven man sits and talks about how good it is - piles of corpses.

Personally, as an ordinary person, I am most horrified by the fact that we never laid claim to the land of Ukrainians, did not threaten them with genocide, did not tear the last piece of bread out of their throats - we just wanted to peacefully coexist and receive mutual benefits from this coexistence.

To do this, the Ukies, as a nation, just had to be smarter... Russia, if anything, is still trying to persuade us - well, let's sit down and come to an agreement. And in response: we are fighting for NATO and this is good...

Why am I writing this? The fact is that the war has been going on for three years, and there is no end to this Ukrop murder. At first, dill was dying at a rate of about 300 people daily (average numbers for the second half of 2022). Then, in 2023, this figure was gradually increased to 700 people per day. And now they have confidently taken the bar of 1000 dead dill daily.

This, of course, is our merit. Russia was able to assemble, equip, train and bring to the front two strike groups (conditionally Avdiivka and Artemivsk), which provide two-thirds of the daily losses of Ukrops.

And now the main problem of the Ukies is that Russia intends to bring two more strike groups into the field. Those who are inside the process, that is, directly at the front, clearly see the signs of this. For example, based on previous experience, I can predict with a high degree of confidence that within a month and a half, both new groups will go to the front and begin to directly destroy the enemy.

And then, by the summer, the loss of dill can be about one and a half thousand people a day.

Just think about it - 45 thousand a month. Now, if we take the current level of losses, then since the beginning of this year, the Ukies have lost about 110 thousand men at the front. By the summer, at the current rate, this figure may grow to 150,000, and by the fall, if my forecast turns out to be correct, another 135,000.

Thus, by the end of 2024, based on these statistics, the forecast of Ukie losses can be indicated at the level of 480 thousand people. And taking into account the general state of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and even more - dabout half a million.
I would like to emphasise that this is a very confident forecast, because in the first four months of this year we have seen exactly such dynamics. And the Armed Forces of Ukraine could not turn the tide of events.

Last year's losses of dill amounted to 250-300 thousand corpses. And this year it may be 200 thousand more. Imagine an army of half a million men, from the edge of the horizon to the edge. All of them are guaranteed to be dead.

But they can still be saved, we just need to agree on how to coexist peacefully.

For me personally, the nightmare of this situation is that Russia, as the winning side, is constantly trying to persuade the Ukies not to die. However, we cannot stop their destruction unilaterally. Because then they will declare themselves winners and with a vengeance will begin to run into the next round. As they asked for the previous one.

This self-inflicted genocide teaches them nothing. Until they lose definitively and irrevocably, the Ukies will kill themselves. They are well aware that they are losing, they are in unbearable pain, but they continue to follow the Pied Piper's pipe and die. And we are forced to destroy them and watch in silent horror as an unshaven man says: Ukraine is dying for NATO and this is good...

What commenced in 2014 as a war to exterminate Russians within Ukraine has changed into a genocidal murder/suicide of mostly Russian speaking Ukrainians all at the behest of the Outlaw US Empire which is the Master of NATO, so “dying for NATO” is the same as dying for Team Biden and the Empire’s Deep State. Well, one of my arguments is WW2 never ended as the USA became the Outlaw US Empire and inheritor of Hitlerian Germany with plenty of Nazis to use and meld into the oligarchy that arose almost immediately upon FDR’s death, so this sort of endgame for the Empire ought to be understood.
