Another Putin Good Governance Project: Meeting with Graduates of the Talent Pool Development Program of the Graduate School of Public Administration of the Russian Presidential Academy of National
Building inter-generation professionalism and equity through continuity of best practice. I experienced that in a clumsy form in my life but it was left to chance and my self motivation to enquire as to the path. Here in Russia and in China it is a foundation of the selection and empowerment of the most capable and it is to be congratulated and celebrated as the way to lift society to greater and better lives.
The destructive mode of neoliberal economics has destroyed their path to excellence. There was once a bloom of best practice methods at HP and the early days of Apple, Seimens and Nokia etc. But now a landscape of empty ruined factories and universities with rough people piling up rubble to fashion their shelter. Once were civilised.
We don't need to look far to see what the future holds. Biden's wife won't let him die politically, which is really sad, not that I want Trump to win. Those people have no sense of patriotism, what's best for the nation, only what's best for themselves. That reality means they should be many miles away from any form of governance.
'Those people' are the peak predators of the USA political jungle. Jill is suing for the best price plus absolute immunity to prosecution for the entire biden offspring. Millions of $$$ sufficient to get themselves to the top of the dungheap and a get out of jail free card. That's what it all means to them and the animals surrounding them, Blinken, Yellen, etc etc.
It is nice to see the Democrats shaken down by their very own creation with 50 years vintage.

Zhang Weiwei has written and said similar things about China's system. It's just not as transparent as Russia. IMO, such meritocratic systems can only be built when your aim is People Centered Devlopment where the entire populous becomes the potential pool of leaders.
