The book called The Politics of Heroin is good read on how one group of people trying to stop drugs and high-end dealers on to be told to stop by the state department saying said dealers are friends of Amerika. There was large bust of heroin in the SF bay area years ago. Sadly the agents were sent to new post in the middle of nowhere and the drugs disappeared or were delivered. Oh and of course no one went to jail.

On another note.

I think you can be touching on the reasons why BCCI and Berings Bank had to disappear.

BCCI was always a cutout storefront for something very different. None of the partner countries cared on its performance, taxes and currency circulation adjusted to suit.

As accountancy went more digital it became a problem to auditors and the need for crypto was born.

https://www.int-comp.org/insight/the-bcci-scandal/

Islam has always had hawala, Jews diamonds, Yakuza, Triads and others their own navigation back channels. Of course international banks will cooperate with Russian financial investigations ~ auditors are always willing to learn where their subjects are weak and strong before the next round of the fight...

Around the time of Vatican bankers swinging from City of London bridges ... this stuff fascinated me, now I drop my eyes and return to my reading, some things....

A decade or so ago I was in Romania for a few months and there were more kids raving on synthetic drugs in the bathroom than in the club itself.

Using my initiative I opened a club called One Big Toilet and never looked back. Mind you 40% of the profits went to aid local orphanages or so the 2 burly federal officers who came to pick up their cut informed me.

Romania with its overqualified workforce, hotel receptionists with more paper qualifications than I is ripe for exploitation.

Most of the corruption in the USSA is in government or related to government activities and they are probably the biggest drug dealers on earth. Just look how quickly they shut DOGE down just as soon as it started uncovering government involvement.

Anyway all and all government talk about it is only and always will be talk. Corruption is as old as time and to be sure of its complete eradication it is necessary to vacate the earth and let the animals govern.

So in essence the Forever War is a Criminal Gang pretending to be a democracy.

Karl Sanchez's avatar

Well, yes. As I’ve argued, the USA has been an Outlaw Empire since 1945 and Truman took the nation to war in Korea without Congressional authorization, which was immediately followed by clandestine help for France in in Southeast Asian colonies, which became Vietnam. The creation of Zionist playland and giving them nuclear weapons. And of course, there’s more. Oh yeah, can’t forget rescuing Nazism after WW2.

Under Billy-bob Jefferson Clinton the drug cartels flourished as did Financial Market shenanigans, a launchpad from which America has never recovered. Still money laundering, sex and organ trafficking have become a staple CIA diet in the maintenance of their offshore clandestine activities.

He got his start while Reagan was POTUS. The crack cocaine epidemic was created by CIA. Heroin to destroy the black community was allowed to pass to Mafia by Hoover’s FBI.

Crack cocaine was created at Laney JC in Oakland, Cailf. by four students but at that time a kilo of coke was $24,000 within a month the price drop to $12,000 and was the beginning of the crack problem. Then at almost at the same time Freeway Freddy (the real one) started to work with the cia setting up a major disposion center that traveled across the Amerika selling to the large gangs My spelling sucks.

Amazingly Freeway Freddy got to keep his investments in the LA area and did very little jail time.

I wasn't involved personally but had to watch that shit storm as a young man, it nearly ate some family, did kill some ex friends and the fallout and paybacks kept destroying people I knew of to speak to or was otherwise aware of for decades after those operations.

Here is Das Fuhrer saying we must have $$$$$$ superiority or the country goes kaput. I think this being mentioned now is in relation to the last Putin/Trump phone call

Netanyahu has just nominated Trump for the Nobel Peace Prize.

If he signs off with Europe & Ukraine for more weapons I think he stands a reasonable chance of replicating Obama.

It's a mad-bad-sad world where war-criminals can win gongs by unloading WMD's on unsuspecting civilians in the hope of eliminating one target.

Yes comrade GG the bases were loaded, Israel on its knees, the floating duck flotillas of US warships having shot their load were there for the taking.

When all of a sudden a DJT tweet announced a ceasefire and according to Islamic Law when an enemy cries enough you cease and desist.

If the shoe was on the other foot it would have been regime-change, curtains.

If that doesn't warrant a Gong nothing does.

In the knowledge that this war would recommence in the near future personally I'd have shown no mercy, even had patrol boat crews filming ships being sunk, spraying sailors/marines in the water who jumped ship and thus ensuring that so many coffins were flown into US bases that it would destroy any further lust for war.

We'll find out soon enough whether or not the resistance war methods will work or not, in the meantime I'm giving them the benefit of doubt. I think it was Baud with Nima stating that Russian is trying to hurry up and finish Ukraine off as the Caucasus's warm up. The empire only knows how to double down after doubling down, that strategy can't last forever

Excellent! You highlight how transnational criminal organizations are an integral part of the global deep state. International private finance, global criminal organizations, secret services, all in service of Mammon. On a related note, why did the US invade Afghanistan in 2001? Because the Taliban had cut opium production to zero. After the invasion, production soared. Strong national governments, like Russia and China, that clamp down on organized crime are anathema to the deep state! "Give us chaos" demands Mammon.

The China opium trade wasn't just a British concern as some American fortunes were made with some proceeds ending up funding Ivy League colleges, and of course the US took over the French business in Indo China with Air America operating throughout Indo China and Thailand. The imperial west has always used all means to achieve its ends.

I recall a German gentleman who survived the descent of Germany into fascism and WWII suggesting that those of us who wanted to understand the Nazi government needed to consider it to be a criminal organization of "families" who feuded and knifed each other for power and profits, though they might present a unified face to outside competitors.

The more things change, the more they stay the same.

I will resist the urge to once again describe how much of Trump's real estate "development" operation was a semi legal money laundering operation designed to bring black/gray/bloody/intelligence funds into the "legitimate" banking sphere, I've gone over this at least 3X on Substack previously.

except

we can't stop the drug problem

we can't get affordable housing

we can't stop getting into foreign wars

we can't make headway in education

etc.

It isn't fair that Russia and Iran have a much better handle on these issues

While I do have some disagreements with him, much of what he had to say about the USA’s decline is correct.

Very interesting, it seems he is saying that America for more than 100 years has been destroying the constitution and civil liberties. Well also my friend, English, she agrees that England has also done this for a long time. She came here because of the totality of everything, rights, standard of living, government tyrrany. I find many things disturbing but more that people allowed, and certainly English do support. A poll of citizens, "do you approve the actions of government supplying Israel with weapons", 81% support. We can say a lot but they have almost succeeded if a majority support genocide.

Oligarch government control of people using technology. It was a fantasy from movies, but not so much.

An argument is made by Neoconservatives that FDR’s efforts to uplift the nation during the Great Depression were unconstitutional. The Constitution’s Preamble refutes that argument, but few have used it. A great fear developed during WW2 that Labor had gained too much political power that needed to be destroyed, and the political anti-labor wave began under Truman. It took too long for the public to realize it was being lied to by Media and government, and the changes that were instituted during those decades will be very hard to overturn peacefully.

Yes Oliver North and the Iran Contras affair, that was 40years ago and obviously much more sophisticated today yet Dr Hudson was asked to quantify it 50+ years ago so it certainly is standard operation today and extremely prevalent in the Russian Federation as well unfortunately as you mentioned and as oligarchs are part of the system then will remain so. Russian soldiers have to provide some of their own stuff as the gear supplied such as helmets are ill fitting etc.

I have read reports that the soldiers cook their own meals and are supplied stuff from back home but no confirmation separately.
