You can call this an interview from CBS. That stands for Constant BullShit.

No lamestream mainstream media mentioned how patient my dad Vlad has been, while UkroNam is rearmed thrice. It is all hating Russia all the time.

These sort of news sic outlets don't have any means to tell the truth even if they wanted to .

Why didn't she ask him about the fate of the dozens of Hunter Biden biolabs ,in Ukraine , Meta biota, that were trying to ethnically cleanse Russian peoples with biological means,. Since the soldiers of the West were failing...

One day Lavrov should forego the diplomacy and tell these folks to get the F outta Russia and not to come back, and UkroNam, and Georgia too.

If you missed this I wanted to cite

https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=fHJJDOHV9dc

Lawrence W w Glenn Diesen

Also Larry Johnson in his substack just did a three part expose of decades of interference, wargames against Russia, Including the likes of killafornia and Youtawh National scabs guards. Because Russia is on the border of Texas....

The three decades of wargames in Ukraine and Europe are as damming as Satan

To be fair Comrade Grasshopper some of those Biolabs were simple Meth-labs.

Most of the Ukie fodder on the frontline are droned in their weekly surprise lucky Hunter Biden Party Bags.

After reading the first "question" and Lavrov's response it's quite sickening to have to put up with propagandists like western MSM presstitutes. Fankly a punch in the face is warranted, but Sergei Lavrov is a diplomat and a gentlemen. That he has to deal with these deadheads it's not surprising he still smokes.

Good to see Lavrov out in front parrying the chihuahua's yapping. He sure got a lot of detail on record regardless of whether anyone in the Trump gang usa side heard it. They have played Trump's blather really well plus held him to task. That is an achievement in itself. Whitkoff is out of his depth here but more interesting for Russia than a telegram. I guess that, given enough time, the contradictions embedded in the Trump administration will start shooting each other. How's Pete Hegseth doing?

I am very plebeian. I look at youtube vids about things like welding. like guys in their home workshops and the things they do there. like car restorers and fixers. like tree loppers and tree fallers, arborists. Like guys who backpack alone along the Grand Canyon and such.

Like a guy who built a very large steel boat single handed (so to speak, eventually as his fame grew lots of volunteers, but really doing it all: him, alone) on his front lawn.

They're american. They're quite inspiring. Very inspiring. I'd be please to have any of them around for dinner. Introduce them to the kids.

They're americans, I reckon.

They're great. Just what percentage they are of the american population I don't know.

But I know who you're talking about.

The 'public face' of america. Yeah. Tiresome's the least of it.

I wonder what percentage they are.

Yes, we have the Good, Bad, and the Ugly in proportions that have remained rather constant since 1763. Whole books exist on that topic, some good, some poor. One book I often cited was “People of Paradox”, but the overall number is vast, and it takes years to absorb them and come away with the complex picture that’s the objective reality of US History as it fits within World History. Almost daily more must-read books get added to those on my list that will never be completed. For example, I just learned about the man this article showcases and read a bit more about him, https://strategic-culture.su/news/2025/04/27/russia-from-sea-to-sea/ Although he’s not American, he’s of that self-made sort who would’ve made his way without the help of the position he was born into.

Thanks for that. So which is the man showcased - Shansky or Pacini ? As with yourself that's going to make one more book, at least, that I must get. My unread to read ratio right now is in the thousands, it's a hopeless task, but the building of a library has merit in itself I think. I hope.

The man's proper name is Pyotr Petrovich Semenov, with the latter two words added much latter in his life because of his accomplishments in exploring the Tian Shan mountains in Central Asia. Finding a book about him will be very difficult--I looked.

Why didn't Margaret Brennan say, "Donald, stop?" If Don wanted "peace" he'd simply stop sending weapons to Ukraine and call home all US military and intel "advisors" infesting the place. "Donald" knew exactly who'd be using his fake, phony, "Vladimir, stop," plea heard round the world. Margaret Brennan pushed it into Mr. Lavrov's face 4 times. She exemplifies that the problem isn't Ukraine, it's that US elites treat highly intelligent, experienced, and respected Russian Federation diplomats like subhuman garbage. 80 years ago it became permanent US policy that USSR (later Russian Federation) was the enemy and needed to be destroyed. No one has explained to US taxpayers why they must bear this burden.

Expand full comment
Karl Sanchez's avatar

Well, that goal has existed longer than the last 80 years. The Outlaw US Empire must continue to deny the truth that it initiated a War of Aggression in 2014 that carries all the crimes noted at Nuremburg, not that Ukraine was the first such War. What makes Ukraine special is that Russia has clearly defeated the Empire and NATO, another fact that also must be denied.

You really need a lot of patience to be a Russian Foreign Minister interviewed by a Western "presstitute", LOL! I liked how, at some point, Lavrov steered the interview to the Crimea issue: very direct.

As for Russia-Iran relationship, it's good that the former has finally approved the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership Agreement between the two countries, as it looks like we are headed towards war against Iran, despite indirect US-Iran negotiations. In case you missed it among all the events last weekend, there was an "accident" at Iran’s Shahid Rajaee Port, though it looks more like a sabotage or even a terrorist attack by MI6 and/or Mossad: https://geopolitiq.substack.com/p/was-the-explosion-at-irans-shahid

Thanks Karl for this interview, I'd've missed it for sure considering its venue. From reading some of his many interviews and especially the contemptible ones like this one, I dunno how Lavrov continues his diplomacy. I surely wouldn't be able to, guess that's what makes a credible diplomat. Kind've a shame the usa ain't had one in many decades. However, thanks again for keeping us informed.

Meanwhile here is a poke in the eye from Kit Klarenberg:

I doubt this essential network will be endangered especially as Kit ably demonstrates that its existence is way above national parliament pay grades. Only the military has control as it were. Hence the absolute essential task is to denuclearise, demilitarise and deoligarch the establishment.

The media in particular in US, UK and Germany perpetuate the psyop that their masters demand. It helps control the politicians do their bidding and create arbitrary deadlines etc which are used to control processes.

It is one of the West's greatest weapons and it's use is aimed as much at control of their own population as anything else.

As Trump is a ' last person I spoke to guy' for developing his thoughts ( example is his rushing off to post on his truth social as soon as he spoke to Zelenski in Rome), this is very effective as he disks up all and everything that is aired a out him.

I can see no good outcome to any of this. There are for es that will make sure it all breaks down. Putin has to keep his nerve and carry on with finishing the SMO even though it will be tough and lengthy.

And another thing... Comrade Scott Ritter is in full flight here with comrade Nima Alkhorshid.

It ranges wide across the ukraine from history right up to the present and Ritter lays it all down really well. He particularly lays the responsibility for the Ukraine slaughter squarely at the feet of Obummer and Trump.

https://youtu.be/CdYYb2XgqCY

I haven't watched Scott Ritter for a while as one becomes weary from the unrelenting style but as we get closer to Victory Day (whichever date in May you choose) it seems a worthy time to stop and listen. Scott Ritter is a great speaker and an excellent historian, may he live long and free.

The interviewer behaved like a petulant teen with an ADHD. An exposure of the zionized and degraded US media…

The interview was painful to read because of the aggressive stupidity of the American side. It is obvious that the aggressive stupidity is a reflection of the mental state of the US true owners - the banking cartel and mega corporations. Their supremacist lunacy and lack of responsibility explain the untenable situation. Not a flicker of intelligence, but a stinky show of entitlement … this is not the Henry Ford America.

"Russian officials rarely give interviews to US media outlets but we were able to speak with Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov exclusively from Moscow on April 24th. Before the cameras rolled his communications team suggested that we ask him to keep his answer short. He made the point throughout the interview that he was trying to do just that we go now to Russia's foreign minister Sergey Lavrov"

In the version I watched the presenter/interviewer said the above statement as the introduction to "the show" and then continued to the interview, filmed separately, her clothing was different.

Possibly this is normal procedure for American journalism although my interest is in the (childish) claim, "his communications team" gave guidance to the Americans on how to conduct the interview. Bad faith production is possibly understating the level of perniciousness in western political class.

Well this is a very credible theory, I did not consider.

I read moon Alabama, interesting comments about negotiations. Possibly it is the moment to return to June 14 last year. Meeting with Foreign Ministry officials. After all this journalist and narrative about recognition of Crimea is ridiculous and has nothing to do with conditions communicated by President Putin June 14 and many times since by him and many other government officials.

“And it is our duty to ensure that confidence in our final victory is only strengthened.” (Continually tested).

Thankfully he did not invite trump to steal the attention from our ancestors memory.

I will not say more, wait some days until everyone calms down, as you requested.
