Fascinating. These reports seem to deal with what has actually been done, what is being done, and what follows consequentially from these relating to the original explicit purpose or plan.
Western government statements invariably refer to illusory intentions to perform - future fundings or fabulated possible achievements. Abstract or metaphorical impressions - MAGA, turning the economy around, stopping the immigrants getting through, etc.
There is reference to The Presidential Administration - as the embodiment of “Putin”, who is deemed to be personally instructing, commissioning, overseeing, initiating, permitting everything being reported on in these meetings.
This Administration provides service through the government ministries to the productive enterprises ensuring and delivering the welfare of all its people including protecting them from harms. This the paramount directive for current Russian governance. Similar for China.
In America the corresponding improvised body [probably a phenotype of the deep state governing DNA] serves mainly to keep-rule and promote global belligerence.
[Star Trek Prime Directive is a guiding principle of Starfleet, prohibiting its members from interfering with the natural development of alien civilizations. Akin to the cooperative axiom of multipolarity with respect to sovereignty.]
I've thought of referencing the Prime Directive on several occasions. What we have is what's known as the Party of Control, while BRICS is known as the Party of Movement. That everything is done in the name of the head-of-state in Russia is traditional dating to the Tsars, while it's clearly a team effort. There's one advantage Russia's system has that most nations don't that I hope to turn into an article today unless something else arises.
that is pretty exciting! now if they could only make an icebreaker to cut thru the frozen attitude of western politicians towards russia... maybe a psychological version of the ritm 400 could do it!
Love these ships. The preceding ship of the class, Yakutia, completed construction, had its nuclear fuel loaded last month and is doing the last phases before sea trials.
"Soviet icebreakers were once built in Finnish shipyards, but that ended with the USSR’s implosion" isn't quite correct. Firstly, only some of the smaller Soviet icebreaking and other ships where built in Finland, but not the nuclear ones. Secondly, it didn't stop after the fall of the USSR (may be for a short time), e.g. these where built by FIN https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Baltika_(icebreaker). And shortly before the sanctions started, Russia (Russian companies) had ordered another batch of non-nuclear ones for use in the big Siberian rivers, which where cancelled only late in 2022 https://maritime-executive.com/article/finland-blocks-helsinki-shipyard-s-russian-icebreaker-project.
Finland may well be the top loser of the sanctions ...
Nah! Germany is definitely the top loser, all that cheap gas, but the Netherlands may be a contender too if their chip machines are embargoed by the US from China.

It's true, and additionally when projects don't materialise they simply disappear from the agenda or get recycled with new goal posts.

Russia has already triumphed economically. Yes, ending the illegal sanctions would be a bonus to the RoW.
but it would be a blow to the plundering and collapsing western financial empire, so it is not going to happen! unfair is unfair, lol...

"When combined, the Chinese and Russian navies are the world’s most powerful.."
The USN has 60 combat capable ships, China has 160. It's no contest.
