The idea that MI-6 and the CIA didn't know about a complex plan in the making for over a year is inconceivable. But they didn't tell the CIA director who works for Trump? Hardly. My bet is that Trump was fully informed. Terror and sabotage are The Empire's preferred methods--under all presidents. Business as usual.

He'll mistake Putin's measured tone as a reassuring sign that his pathetic school boy excuse got a pass. I'm waiting for the convoluted excuses from the Trump crowd of apologists, something Clancy would be proud of I'm sure.

A CYA call covers it perfectly. Why was Witkoff even mentioned? It seems as if the talks in the Kremlin are completely different then what is made public. The dots just don't connect especially when it comes to Trump stating that Iran can't have nuclear weapons, when only yesterday Khamenei said this "Khamenei REJECTS US demands to stop uranium enrichment

'Who are you to interfere whether Iran has enrichment or not?

You have nuclear facilities, atomic bombs, the power to cause massive destruction in the world

So why is it your concern?'"

It seems as if amerika just can't face reality

I didn't even learn until today that America-Russia have an agreement in place allowing visual satellite access to their nuclear bombers.

This being the case the attack on Russia's bombers was a declaration of war by America.

Anything less than a reciprocal attack on American bombers is capitulation, weakness and worse still emboldens further Deep State fuckery.

This shitshow could have been over with half a dozen conventionally-armed Kinzhals (other preference) on each member of the coalition (top 3) of the unhinged with the threat that next time they'd carry nuclear warheads.

Those 3 European governments would be toppled within 72 hours after these strikes.

All the talking between the warring parties, various bodies, pundits, podcasters and commentators is futile.

Yes, it does seem that way at times. Several have noted the airfield attacks activate Russia’s nuclear doctrine to authorize a nuclear strike in response.

This superficial diplomacy, an acting job by Trump as usual. Putin knows Trump is not in control nor does he have the authority to rein in the aggressors that are colluding with the SBU under orders from the cabal, specifically the ringleaders in the City of London. Russia will now deliver a much more violent response than previously.

I would suggest that there is a way to predict what Putin will do. The world is in a great war between Chaos and Order. Putin is on the side of Order. This constrains his actions. He must only act in ways that increase law and order. He cannot use terrorist methods to fight terrorists. That increases Chaos. That is what his enemies want him to do. That is what his enemies are hoping he will do. Putin has to call out the terrorists and treat them like terrorists under international law. When you ask yourself “what should Putin do?, ask instead “what would the Lone Ranger do?” and you will be close to the truth...

I'll be a bit more direct. The US and many of its anglo satellites are criminal states where the legal system is rigged for the oligarchic gangster class. Hence the rules based order of brigandage and extortion. Little people go to jail, the 1% pay a fine. So when you're dealing with a group that doesn't have law you're free to act.

Russia does not like retaliation, pushing their hand. They build a careful plan and like to stick to it.

They do not mind the US and the Western World learning from the school of Hard Knocks, open 24/7. Plenty of head scratching going on and repeating of old memes.

norecovery's avatar

The reason to think Russia will retaliate very soon is the likelihood of further terrorist drone attacks that could be thwarted and possibly even eliminated henceforth. They have studied the various tactics and have prepared a comprehensive plan to stop the Ukrainian regime's functioning that is more sophisticated than mere bombing of isolated military facilities. I don't know what that Big Prometheus plan is, but I suspect it includes destruction/ blocking/ spoofing of satellite communications to disrupt the regime's command structure. Possibly the name is coincidental, but remember that Prometheus 1 & 2 were US DoD-funded satellite programs 2013-2021 deploying a large number of small satellites.

When you are in a win-lose game as designated loser, the only move is not to play. The game controller will coerce you to continue playing. If you are to survive, you must have a dynamic defence against this domination, an exit or escape strategy.

Solidarity with others in the same situation offers a means of resistance. Hence BRICS+. Free to play their own mutually beneficial win-win games.

When the game has the form of blood-feud, obsessive-compulsive exchanges of atrocities, both rhetorical and actual, a game-controller's tactic to prolong the game is to increase the number and severity of his atrocities to coerce a more atrocious response from his opponent, justifying his subsequent escalation of atrocities.

In this kind of win-lose game, to respond to provocation is to play, and as designated loser, to lose.

Those calling for Putin to respond with exemplary atrocities have fallen for virtually playing the lose-lose game. They are proxies for the game-controller.

Putin will continue the SMO until the Ukrainian military is destroyed and the Banderite Nazis are politically sterilised. He will use whatever non-atrocious means are necessary to achieve this. He won't play the Anglo-Euro-American game.

Karl Sanchez's avatar

Yes. Peskov explained today that Putin did tell Trump Russia’s military will respond when it deems the time is appropriate, which is a typical Russian reply. Rutte is claiming the Baltic and Black Seas as “NATO areas”, so we can expect more provocations from that direction.

Stopping the gov grants for Space X. Musk said fine ill dismantle Space X right now. Then Musk said. The Epstein lists haven't been made public because Trump is on the list. All of these things conveniently swept under the carpet by the basket case Western media shills. May 27, 2025: "What Vladimir Putin doesn’t realize is that if it weren’t for me, lots of really bad things would have already happened to Russia, and I mean REALLY BAD. He’s playing with fire!" –President Donald J. Trump

https://x.com/WhiteHouse/status/1927417314581836098

June 1, 2025: Ukraine launches Operation Spider's Web with massive numbers of attempted drone strikes throughout Russia, including the targeting of Russian strategic nuclear assets.

Trump is actually Nostradamus and had a supernatural premonition of this Ukraine drone operation. He and his regime were not involved in this attack on Russia in any way, shape, or form. No involvement. No foreknowledge. Nada. Zip. Zilch. They are innocent as a newborn babe.

Honestly.

Who is the one really playing with (nuclear) fire?

Trump's inability to control his mouth suggests that he was kept ignorant of this attack, this sort of ignorance will not feel lonely in his skull. However if he was informed, then I'd put that on some of the evangelicals under him thought it was a good day for the whole world to die so they could be raptured in to orgasmic heaven. (edit: p.s. I've heard that this call was already scheduled as a follow up to discuss results of meetings in Istanbul).

Expand full comment
Karl Sanchez's avatar

I don’t know if it was scheduled or not. There’s no mention of such status in the Russian readout, although it makes sense. The discussion today was related to the pending Senate sanctions bill that will only serve to further isolate the Empire from the Global Majority. As Crooke points out at his substack, “The second objective however, may indeed have had a clear strategic end-state – and has demonstrated feasibility and the possibility to compel a desired outcome: The various attacks have imposed on Trump the uncomfortable reality that he, as President, does not control US foreign policy. The collective Deep State has just made that plain.” https://conflictsforum.substack.com/p/the-silence-of-the-bears

And given what’s afoot in Congress, IMO Crooke’s correct.

Yes, IMHO, more or less the last U.S. president to have near complete control over foreign policy was Washington. The idea that Trump controls anything, including himself at this stage.... Trump seems to have lost it, whatever little it was. Tulsi Gabbard has reported to Fox News style intelligence briefings, video, graphic, etc.

The forthcoming 'Travel ban' will be another joke. As a former insider we all laughed and were relieved that he was surrounded by political appointees who also did not have a clue how the system works. If they don't know, they can't ruin it. Best thing for contractors to do is to prevent the govvies from running off the cliff.
